Hard working cleaners keep it clean all day outside. Great staff. I’ve been here since June.

I love the front desk service. Loving manger and I respect her so much. One day I was in pain and no money for any meds and she helped me with ibuprofen. God bless her for helping me.

Very quiet and nice area

Didn't know there was a breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Need some repairs around the shower head. There was somebody staying in a room near mine that was smoking weed & that smell annoys me, but the hotel staff has no control over that. Unfortunately the battery died in the smoke detector when I was sleeping, which of course woke me up, but again - nothing the staff can control.

Very nice manger. Very clean property. Worth the stay. No bugs.

The cable was off, so no tv and the internet (wi-fi) was out with no estimate on when it would be available. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Location and price were good Not clean. Cigarette burns in the “clean” sheets. Hair in the “clean” bathroom. Bed was caved in.

Nice hotel

The room was dirty and dingy . The staff was rude . I left and checked out early didn’t even stay 24hrs I was checked in for 4-5 hrs and was never in the room . I honestly want a refund and have been trying to get in contact with Expedia and the motel that was advertised as a hotel . I was highly upset with the motel

I arrived to this location to find that my reservation had been cancelled and I had no knowledge of it prior to. I traveled over 6 hours to not have a room and had to relocate to another hotel. Staff stated they had a leak and to cancel several rooms and no one from Expedia or Suburban contacted me to let me know before hand.

Nothing Cockroaches and loitering

Location We booked a king and they put us in a queen then suddenly was sold out and couldn’t fix their screw up. On top of that mold in the bathroom, dead bugs on floor and pieces of hair also on floor. Beds were not comfy and the staff didn’t want to help fix any problem we had with the bed issue that we paid more for

Well maintained, clean No complaints

Everything I needed was in my room .I choose the top floor so it was very quite, clean,and comfortable. I did place the iron in frount of curtian,to keep it from blowing out. Bathroom was clean,water was hot. As a single female,I felt safe,and will return next time i am in the area. Great value for the price no problems
