Love this place....My go to whenever I'm in town!!!!

Kenzie at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me during my visit and helping me check in.

The cleanliness, customer service, decor, and valet parking. Slow drain in the shower.

The hotel was very nice but the morning of our last day was terrifying!!!!!!! The fire alarm went off and we were on the 6th floor in a handicapped accessible room. My husband is in a wheelchair and unable to walk. I know you are not supposed to take an elevator if the fire alarm goes off so I asked the cleaning lady what could I do because my husband couldn’t walk, as everyone else was running down the stairs. She looked at me and slugged her shoulder and ran downstairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡 I was panicking because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone at guest service and Fire trucks were pulling up!! I just eventually took the elevator and prayed all the way down!! Please, please, please have a better plan for your handicapped accessible people!!!!!!!!

Reception was on break getting a drink. The room was hot and there were not enough towels. Lastly, there was no coffee provided in the reception area in the morning and the coffee station was closed. The restaurant had 4 ladies standing around who would not oblige to even a cup of hot water. For a conference center, this is unacceptable. Very disappointed in the hotel’s lack of hospitality for over $225 per night.

Right on campus. Which was perfect for move in day. Restaurants right across the street. Campus bus right in back of hotel and public train in front of hotel.

The location was perfect for our planned Itinerary for the weekend. I didn’t like that our rooms doors didn’t shut well. We had to slam the door to close it well. My recommendation is to fix it.

We used the valet service and when we went down to get our car they went and got it and when they pulled up they had ga e two strangers a ride over in my car without my permission. I reported it and they acted like it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Worst experience ever, find another hotel!! As someone who works in customer service I hate to do this. My nieces graduation card with money in it went missing, it was left in the car (stupid I know now). We left the car outside locked then checked in and gave the keys to the valet. Later that evening we went out and realized it was gone. The front desk manager was truly not helpful. She stated we would have to contact HR in the morning. We double checked the car, our hotel room etc. The front desk manager without even looking around said she hadn’t seen it/nobody turned anything in. The next day the desk manager finally helped somewhat by getting the valet manager involved. He was very kind, he said he watched the cameras and saw me take the card out, we pressed to see the video footage but was told we would need a court order! There was no incident report filed like they said they would, nobody would pull up the camera inside either to confirm if we did in fact take the card out. If someone did lose something as a customer would they not want to assist with finding it?? Truly the worst experience at a hotel.
