Chattanooga Heritage Inn

Convenient location Carpets were dirty (white socks got super dirty), AC leaked inside the room and ants were all over the AC in the living room area.

It was quiet during the night. When I went to the office at 6 in the morning, it was locked, but there was a teller’s window available to speak to the clerk. I asked if there was coffee and he handed me two packets for my little in-room coffee maker, no creamer or sugar. The good news is there is a very nice cafe with a bountiful menu attached to this Motel (was not open at 6 am.) You can order food as takeout or eat there. My bbq bacon burger and fries for dinner were excellent. If you want an inexpensive place to stay that allows dogs and has a nice grassy area to walk them and you don’t care about niceties like real coffee, have at it.

Nothing - hazardous stairs, people smoking and doing drugs openly on property, dirty rooms The pool was filthy it was so cloudy and didn't look up to date

Clean room, good place to stay for the price I paid. Would use this place again for a quick getaway.

Awesome place to stay. We will definitely stay here every time we come to town.

The TV didn't work and the water heater did not heat the water in the shower. Other than that is was good.

I chose this for lodging because I specifically wanted to be near the McKay's Used Bookstore in Chattanooga. Staff was friendly, plenty of parking, room was clean. It was quite hot in Chattanooga when I visited and the air conditioning unit was noisy and due to high temps was struggling somewhat. We ate at the on-site restaurant and that was convenient. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Room was dirty, beds were not comfortable at all, pretty sure we watched a drug deal go down in the parking lot. The only thing good about it was the City Cafe restaurant thats attached to it has amazing food and reasonably priced!

VERY DIRTY, both beds had stains on them and what I can only assume were pubes. Towels also had pubes on them. Stains all over chair, couldn't use heat because it smelled like rot and something burnt. Mattresses are hard, there was also a NEEDLE shoved through the curtains that stabbed me in the hand when closing curtains. No hand soap. You have to share parking with anyone at the diner. Cafe/diner is fantastic, staff is nice and helpful, room was pretty cheap and didn't have bugs so that saved it from being 1 star
