Nothing! I got my deposit back from them immediately after seeing the room. Had to scramble and book another hotel through Booking.com This was the worst hotel I have ever seen! I did not even stay there and had to book another hotel through Booking.com. You can see where I had two different bookings. It was a dangerous hotel and location. The room had been smoked in and was overall filthy. The bathroom shelf fell off the wall and hit my mother when she was in there looking at our room. See attached photos. I want a refund for my booking since I never stayed there and had to book another hotel. Awful.

It was a dump. Felt dangerous. I did not like everything. The AC barely worked, the shade didn't even cover the window. Lights were burned out everywhere, obviously nobody cares.

Inexpensive I could have done without the bounty hunters. Because people cook in their rooms it smells pretty bad and the hallway is very dark and dirty feeling the sheets were stained.

Laundry on site rooms are inside u have to have key and kitchenette not to mention staff were great That i couldn't couldn't pay the weekly rate and add 50 to my deposit instead making me make a whole new reservation even tho i paid 87 plus 50 deposit and didn't even check in until almost 5am

There was no breakfast. We knew that when we booked We talked to the people in the office through a window. My main disgust is I wasn't sure if we were sleeping on dirty bedding. The sheets were wrinkled and blood stain s on the sheets and a cigarette burn. We were in a no smoking room. I'm glad I had my own pillow with me I wrote it above

No breakfast available. Housekeeping is really pushy, and demand a tip if they clean the room or not. I would say "No thank you, I'm fine." to get "Tip? Housekeeping tip?" in response.

Good environment nice and quiet like I wanted it to be The sheets had something on them in the bed I laid in and the hallways could use a bug exterminator

Location Smelled..run down…lobby used as a storage room. Not even a coffee pot on the premises. Wish I could get my money back.

People hanging around outside late at night that I don’t think had a room there. Room/bathroom was very dirty. Holes in walls and ceiling. Using covid as an excuse to not have pool or breakfast available. Couldn’t get anyone to come to the front we I was trying to check out.

everything was locked from the front lobby no coffee pot no hairdryer, smelled bad answered in previous

I enjoyed myself there and can't wait to go back I like the fact that I had nothing to worry about due to people intervening in my everyday life

No coffee or breakfast. No hair dryer. Shampoo was in a plastic pouch like ketchup. $50 deposit required. Keycard needed to enter the building each time They could have provided a hair dryer and more than 2 towels. Room smelled weird, but sheets were really clean. Tile needed a good mopping

The staff was awesome

It was a clean room to sleep in. Overall, it's a decent motel if you need a place to sleep for a night, I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay though. When you walk in you can't go into the main lobby, you had to stay in the door way and do everything through a window. Personally, to towels could of been a lot softer, they felt like sandpaper.

Quite location Bathroom needs to be mopped and a small personal work space needs to be added to room.
