WoodSpring Suites Chattanooga

We had a bad experience, we did our reservation a week before our trip a 2 bedroom NON smoking room. When we arrive to the hotel there’s was NO room for us they only have available a king bed room in the smoking area. We travel with two child which one has special needs we were tired from our 10 hours trip it was 11:20 pm n we were force to look for another hotel in the area at that time. The front desk staff help us look for a hotel near by. We had to call Expedia to return our money since we had already pay for the room in advance. You should book rooms if you don’t have capacity.

The hallway we stayed on smelled like weed. It woke us up one morning coming in under the door. The elevator smelled also. ThOK. Was mold/mildew in the tub. Otherwise everything was ok.

Friendly staff but disappointed in hotel

Talk to the manager for a few minutes about how to bring in more people to this property He was very grateful for my suggestions

All the lights were on a timer and kept shutting off whenever I needed them on. And there were several roaches crawling around.

Got here to check in then was told there was a deposit that needed paid went to get them money to pay it when i arrived again on the second attempt i was made to wait over thirty mins as they closed the window and was doing who knows what

Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff would definitely stay here again

The room I stayed in didn't have trash cans in the room,but the room was clean. The second room didn't have a phone in the room and had bugs.

The staffs have good service.

This hotel had homeless people that were coming in and is an extended stay. Pictures are very deceiving.

Staff was rude.

There were roaches in the room. When you try and call the hotel, it goes straight to a recording and nobody ever seems to answer.

Lobby in disrepair. People with large dogs walking in hall ways. Couldn’t breathe for cigarette smoke in hallways. As soon as I stepped into room there were roaches on the counter top by the stop in the kitchen area. Bed, etc worse than some bunk room at a kids camp. Walked right out back to lobby and told representavie I was unwilling to stay in a room with visible roaches. Requested refund, gave room key back within 5 minutes of arrival. She said Gen manager would have to handle Monday. Then chatted with Hotels.com agent. They will be researched and emailing me back.

My original room does not have a door for the bathroom, and the sheet is soooo dirty. The lady switched us to another room but the key card does not work so she has to open the door for us. Worst experience ever. I wish I can get a full refund for this kind of experience.
