Staff was great. Room needs some TLC. Bathroom door didn't latch. A/C wasn't as cold as we like. No TV listing card. Parking was great.

Location was convenient, but very poor management

The Buffalo Airport Hotel offers free parking and airport transportation, which can be easily arranged with the hotel staff. It was an excellent option for spending the night before our flight. The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. A convenient and stress-free choice for travelers needing to stay close to the airport.

I liked how close it was to airport and prompt shuttle service. Room was clean and bed was great!

The service and amenities are great but the room I was in was rampant with dust mites. I kept getting bit the entire weekend I stayed and broke out in constant rashes. At first I thought it was bed bugs but I checked the mattress to confirm. The furniture is all fabric and I assume the staff doesn’t clean the fabric chairs and sofas. Thank goodness there’s a mini store in the lobby that sells allergy medication. Otherwise, the staff are great and the free refreshment station in the lobby is really nice.

Great stay. Wingnuts is an awesome restaurant

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. It balanced off how old and worn out the hotel is. There is definitely room for improvement on the facilities and cleanliness of the hotel.

Room was clean and quiet but could use updating. Definitely a budget hotel that was satisfactory for one night stay.

If you're looking for a quiet hotel to get some sleep, this definitely isn't it. We stayed for 3 nights. The 1st night was ok (Thursday). The 2nd night, at around midnight, someone was trying to break into our room. They were pulling on the door handle as well as people running up and down the hallways at that time. We reported it to the front desk and eventually, it subsided. The 3rd night was a party. Partying in the rooms around us at 1am. There is no soundproofing in the rooms so you can hear everything in every room around you pretty clearly. Called down to the desk to see if they could at least tell them to be respectful and I was hung up on. If you're into the party atmosphere and not really sleeping, this is definitely the place to stay for you.

Staff was fine, no complaints. Room was clean as far as I could see, I'm not one to look too closely in corners or under the bed, I don't want to know, lol. Hotel a little dated, would have been nice to have outlets or a clock near the bed. There were no nightstands, more like little tables. Keurig coffee pods in room were all decaf, small detail, but easily remedied if staff was paying attention. Was very noisy even after midnight, not from airplanes, but people in the hallway. Walls must be very thin. Not hotel's fault, just rude guests both nights we stayed. Won't rule out staying again, but it wouldn't be my top choice.

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel room was spacious and clean and had everything needed. There was a microwave and refrigerator. We were very thankful.

The hotel is older, however, my concern was some guests seemed a little shady.
