Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

Convenient hotel near the airport. I arrived late at the airport and still had a cheerful ride to the hotel. The room was nice. The breakfast was a typical C level one. The staff was great.

Outdated building and furnitures. Noisy AC. Breakfast was okay . The room was spacious, though. Just about right for what you've paid for.

The mattress cover was full of barley fluids. We went to three different rooms and it was the same thing in each room. Expedia gave us a full refund. So we were left out in the cold and had a fireplace to stay. We did notify the board of health and they are going to have an investigation. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Bad

It is fine for one night before an early flight. One of the beds in our room had hair and crumbs on the sheets. Everything else was pretty clean. I didn’t say anything to the front desk, as it took about 45 minutes to get my car parked for the “stay and park” option; I was not aware I would be waiting that long. At that point, I just needed everyone to get some sleep before an early flight. I don’t know if I would stay again.

Great place to stay for one or two nights in Buffalo. Staff is helpful and friendly. often is fully booked.

Extremely dirty and not maintained was refunded and booked somewhere else

Stayed 2 nights with my family. The kids loved the place and also their breakfast. Very close to the airport. Overall our stay was great.

Decent breakfast available, not too loud next to the airport.

My Daughter‘s flight was canceled and we had to book her a room at this hotel. Sam, who answered the phone when I called, was very helpful and supportive. Hotel was clean, room was ready, and My Daughter had a nice stay.

The house keeping was less than par. Definitely needs improvement.

Overall good and what I expected. No frills and close to the airport.

Found garbage in the trash can and smell cigarette

Hotel is clean and nice, but the staff were terrible. They are so rude, it was an issue since the check-in till the check out because the front desk was so rude and unhelpful.
