Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

I politely asked the front desk employee, Tony, if we could switch rooms or have the room cleaned again. Instead of trying to help, he became rude and told me to leave if I didn’t like the room. He raised his voice and yelled at me, which frightened my children. Because I no longer felt safe or welcome, I had no choice but to leave the hotel at around 2:00 a.m. with my children, who are only 3 and 7 years old. We ended up sleeping in our car for the rest of the night. No family should be treated this way, especially in the middle of the night with small children. I expected basic cleanliness, a safe room, and respectful customer service, but unfortunately, I received none of those. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Good hot tube suite. Quite place, lots of parking. Check in staff and room service were friendly. I would stay here again. I am from Ohio.

Good hotel

Services similar to those of other hotels. The employees in charge of breakfast always ensured that everything ran smoothly. The room smells bad. We requested housekeeping service, but it wasn't provided. There were cockroaches on the walls.

A quick trip to see Niagra Falls. Spent a Sunday evening at the Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport. The shuttle service promptly picked us up from the airport. Around the corner from the hotel is a Wingnutz Bar and Grill which is within walking distance plus there is a little convenience store located within walking distance as well. They serve a free buffet style breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and while it is showing a little wear it was a a great value for the price. We would definitely recommend this location.

Room was very damp and dated. Breakfast didn’t have much variety.

Worst hotel experience in my life. The hotel was overbooked so they sent me to their sister hotel, Buffalo Airport Hotel. No AC in the beginning of July, was told a breaker blew, but no offer to fix it. Told that if I wanted the"free" breakfast at Sleep Inn, I could walk there. Asked for an itemized receipt upon departure and was told they couldn't generate one, yet they ran my card for incidentals. Hotel was filthy, staff were incompetent and just seemed miserable to be at work. I will not go this route ever again.

Nice place. Close to everything.

El desayuno fue increíble, me gustó el ambiente acogedor, el personal atento, tuvimos una confusión con las personas que nos hiban a llevar al aeropuerto, porque no sabíamos que teníamos que notificar antes la salida. Pero lo demás súper bien. Volveríamos

The carpet is very dirty in the corridors, the room door was broken and a few screws were holding the lock in place, Old shower with paint or plastic peeling off. Bed was comfortable, parking was good

Very much satisfied with the stay

Breakfast was very limited. Did not like scrambled egg too. It could have been better atleast.

The stay at the Sleep Inn was good. It was worth the extra money to have whirlpool tub in our room because it helped relax me and my muscles after a long car trip from Ohio!

I would stay somewhere else. It’s quite run down.

Convenient Tired

Our room was the worst room the hotel could have given us. The cleaning staff used Swiffer products to clean floor and surfaces. The floor was sticky and left a residue on our products left on top of counters. The toilet was wobbly. The floors in bathroom and lighting was not great. The couch was stained and ripped. The pull out couch was uncomfortable to sleep on. I would not stay at another Sleep Inn. I took pictures of the pull out couch to show front desk manager. He said that they were supposed to replace couch but didn’t. Funds were reimbursed.
