THEY GAVE AWAY MY RESERVED AND PAID FOR ROOM TO SOMEBODY ELSE. I HAD NO ROOM. SINCE ALL THE LOCAL HOTELS WERE BOOKED, I HAD TO LEAVE TOWN.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and the indoor pool was nice and perfect for my family who burn very easily in the sun - so they enjoyed the indoor pool - didn't have to use any sunscreen. That was awesome.

The service was excellent, the room was spotless. It is probably due for some upgrades but overall it was good. I would expect more for the price. Expedia wasn’t the best rate…I should have searched better because I paid $150/night more than other people in my party.

Clean room, comfortable

The room was very accommodating for my family. Very clean and the staff was amazing with any concerns I had. The breakfast was great as well as the pool!!

The pool was warm, the hot tub was not too hot. Both were excellent

Some stubborn stains on one of the pillow cases. Lamp on desk didn't work. Overall nice staff and mostly clean but definitely had issues. I've stayed at this location about 8 times and will still stay here in the future but this visit was so so.

Room refrigerator wasn’t cold after setting on lowest temperature. I had medication that required refrigeration. Maintenance refused to replace refrigerator. No next day room service, had to call front desk twice to have clean towels delivered.

Very nice stay. Room was nice. Pool and Hot tub were very nice. Breakfast looked good. Would stay again

Good location, and comfortable. Room was a little worn around the edges (tape on wall under the bathroom sink; light switches ajar)

Place was clean, room was decent for the price, maybe a little dated but doable. A little confusing on getting in the parking lot if you aren’t from the area. Overall I would stay here again if I needed too.

The hotel was centrally located to restaurants , stores and the interstate. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival and the free breakfast the hotel offered had a very good selection

Great room, sparkling clean. Staff were uniformly kind and attentive. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Great breakfast. Wonderful stay.

Hotel was dirty. Floors were sticky. Room smelled of dog poop covered over with bleach. Also a $75 pet fee is obscene.
