Quality Inn Chesapeake - Greenbrier

The lobby floor and carpeted stairs were dirty. The place was a mess. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk to help you. The tv channels never loaded. The toilet seat was broken. The coffee wasn't refilled. How ironic that I had to pay an extra "service" fee when I checked in and there wasn't any.

Hotel has a strong musty smell. Smoke alarm in our room is missing, there were just a bunch of wires hanging from the ceiling where it should have been. Bathroom had updated fixtures. TV had to good selection of channels and easy to use integrated guide. Laundry facilities were not working and breakfast was just average. This is the second quality inn we stayed at during this trip and I believe we'll avoid this brand in the future

They are upgrading the hotel so its in a process. The bed is hard the ac is loud the doors are heavy and slams when you close them. Its people hanging outside the hotel day and night. It is in a convenient spot I can say that. But it was not worth the price we were in town for a quick visit.

- dirty everything - rust everything - no tub friction - hvac window unit very loud, half vents broken - tv was not working, the manager came up and could not fix - we were too exhausted to find another room and placed our own pillow covers, mattress cover and top sheet The managers english language proficiency was obnoxious.......

This hotel is not great for families. The local shops have signs saying "No soliciting" which speaks volumes about the area. The chaps who work there seem nice but they're never on reception. We could hear a constant dripping overnight, and in the morning, the fridge had leaked making a huge puddle on the floor. The bathroom was dirty with what appeared to be burn marks on the toilet seat. The towel rail had been ripped off the wall. When we exited our room in the morning, there was shredded tissue, plastic and dog food on the corridor carpet. Pros included the free breakfast and proximity to various food outlets.

Hotel very dirty and lots of police activity around the hotel.No clean towels upon request.Dirty stairs and carpet.Will never go here again.

Room was still dirty

Dirty lobby ( actually had blood on the floor that the reception staff didnt seem concerned about,l and didn't seem to care we were there. but the did clean it up after checking us in. No sorry or anything. The toilet seat was broken and vents were very dusty. Room was clean. Hallway carpets, well I would sit on them. Won't stay here again for sure, oh and the rate for this room was a summer rip off as this sits on the main road south to the Outer Banks. Do better.

Room was filthy. Internet was not working properly. Breakfast consisted of bagels and cereal, no coffee. Homeless people sleeping in parking lot with grocery carts when I got off work at 11 and was parking to go in hotel I was scared because they were laying on curb thought I would get robbed. I was there for a week and house keeping never came to tidy up room or offer clean towels. Asked for an extra pillow for my bed as I only had one and never got it. I will never stay at this location again! Beware!

Bath towels are small and thin. Pillows are small and thin. The desk light flickers horribly when turned on. No room cleaning or replacement towels during multi-day visit. Tissue box was empty upon arrival. Wifi is very slow for some things. Front desk was unmanned with times I needed help; check in and needing new towels. Not horrible but could be better.

The room itself was fine and clean enough for me to sleep there for a few hours. The hotel in general was disgustingly dirty! It looked like the floors had never been vacuumed. The door for guests only didn’t shut so literally anyone could have come into the building. The engine revving from all of the Waffle House customers next door last all throughout the night!

There were roaches in the room

Dirty everything. No iron. Rusty microwave. Only 1 channel on the tv. Smells like chemicals, dog and old food, among other things. I complained and nothing. Room smelled so I purchased incense and candles. Was accused of smoking "something" and was told to pay 100 extra or leave. I left.

Mediocre at best. Best thing that this place has to offer is the surrounding businesses close to it. I was there for five days No housekeeping was done to room. When I needed clean towels or washcloths, I had to chase people down to request them. If I wanted the trash, empty emptied, I emptied it myself. My recommendation would be to keep looking.

I liked that the ice machine worked. I didn’t like how dirty the property was outside and in the common areas. Worn down, neglected and quite filthy. Noise from outside the hotel was also bothersome.

staff was super nice and helpful, great option for cheap and in a pinch. cleanliness was okay but could be better

There was no 'Do Not Disturb' sign for the door and we were awakened very early after arriving very late (2a) that night. When asked to come back later, they never came. We stayed 3 days and NEVER got our room cleaned. Trash emptied day 2 only. Got towels at desk There were signs (& advertised online) for breakfast and a gym. They had coffee ONLY in the main lobby. No coffee maker in the rooms and I NEVER saw a gym. Even if there was a gym on the 2nd floor we could not have accessed because my roommate could not climb the stairs (no elevator). The door to the room was extremely offline and difficult to open and close. I had to push hard and loudly slam the door (ours was not the only one, we heard others). My roommate was unable to enter & leave without assistance. All issues were communicated to management who responsed they could no nothing. They were very upset when I reported to Expedia and agreed to a refund after rude and UNACCPTABLE behavior! Worst hotel stay ever!

Bathroom sink kept getting stopped up and we were having issues with cutting the TV on the whole entire stay but other than that I was affordable for the cost. Rooms were clean and no bugs
