Don’t stay here.

Terrible stay. Never in my life have I paid almost $200 for a trash hotel in middle of nowhere Virginia. Spend the extra $100 to stay at some place better.

Nothing Everything

Great staff

False advertisement on a website. The room was not what was seen. The hallways were smoky, they had one person doing checkin, running from floor to floor doing request from guest, all of the rooms should have been done before shift change. The front desk clerk was very professional and kept apologizing for the way the room looked. If the help is not available then the general manager should have stayed to make sure the extended stay hotel is done to help the customer be at ease. Very disappointed

It wasn’t worth the money

“do not waste your money at this woodspring suites. i checked in, saw roaches and signs of bed bugs, and checked right back out. they told me they were refunding my money and never did, so now I’m having to dispute it with my bank. the place is super short staffed – the same person at the front desk is running around trying to do rooms and everything else. the floors are sticky, the shower had no curtain and a big hole in the tub, and the whole building just feels dirty. they allow big dogs and one was drooling all over the lobby floor when we walked in, staring at my child and scaring him. a lot of people are basically living there, so with all that rent money they’re collecting they need to hire more staff, deep clean the place, and get a real pest control company in to spray for all those bugs. this hotel is not it.”

nasty and dirty refund need to be applied

Upon arrival no one was in the lobby so it took about 20 mins of wondering if the hotel was even staffed . I waited with several other guest who were just as confused. When I went to my room someone was already in the room,in the bed and the tv was on. I was so scared I screamed “sorry” and went back to the desk. I received a new room and couldn’t get in the room even though the door light turned green. After both experiences I asked to cancel my reservation which I did not get a refund yet because unfortunately I reserved the room through Booking.com. The staff at the desk was very polite and nice throughout both experiences but the facility was dirty.

We are not picky travelers at all, but the amenities were really bad. TV cabinet drawers were completely broken and cannot open. Toilet seat was not secure. Bathroom door doesn’t close and scrapes along the floor. It’s a room for 4, but there’s only one chair. Constant smell of hemp around the area as well. I do not recommend this place.

I don’t know if it was a one time issue so I can only speak to the one experience that I had keeping in mind that it just could’ve been a fluke or recognizing that things does happen, but the room was terrible. It was wet. The sheets were soaking wet and it was raining that day. I thought maybe the ceiling was leaking, but it didn’t look like any water was coming from the ceiling. I mean it looks like someone had took it out of the washing machine and just put it on the bed. I don’t even know how to explain it

The property is in a convenient location near shopping and dining. Very clean, comfortable bed. However the hotel room door wouldn’t lock properly, there was no trash cans in the room and no regular lamp.

This location was a little confusing to approach the entrance of the property. Once the proper entrance was found which happened to be in the back it appeared to be a place where those that maybe displaced would seek shelter. The room was clean and

I never got towels, pillow cases, blankets, shower curtain until 10 pm. My bed was not made, the “non smoking” room smelled like it has been smoked in. Doors were open by the stairwell leaving public to be able to enter. The hallways had damaged hardwood floors and it was filthy.

Hotel is under construction. It smells terrible in the corridors and the floors are ripped up. The floor in the room was wet from condensation. Not safe for human occupancy at this time.

The price/ nightly rate could not be beat. Being annextended stay hotel, there is no daily housekeeping. Staff super friendly and there is a Kroger supermarket nearby wih a Starbucks cafe inside. There's snother bigger Starbucks coffee shop some 400 feet to the north side of property

The hot water was not working during my stay. I asked if we could go to another location and was lied to several times. Kept saying someone was coming to fix the water I stayed in hopes of getting the issue resolved but nothing! I wanted some of my money back because I didn't have hot water. She offered a credit to come back well when I called to go back guess what still no hot water so I was just lied to and the general manager always avoided me I never got to speak with her its really sad! this was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this place or return. I came here because my mother died and I was wanted to get away. This didn't help at all plus my husband truck was broken into along with another guest. So save yourself a headache and go somewhere else! Place a dump! Staff lie to your face while smiling at you is really sad!
