Really good for the price you pay always clean

The room was filthy. Dead flies, foot prints on walls, food stains on wall, sticky substances on floors, hair in shower, urine smell on bathroom floor and toilet, dirty toilet, old used towel hanging on back of door, dirty sheets, black flakes under sheets on both beds, cigarette holes on cover sheets, mold in shower, rust on shower rod, ripped shower curtain, old soap foam dried to the shower shelves. Marijuana smell in room, no circulation in air. No parking spots left upon check in, people out on walkways smoking weed outside and just the most ghetto places I've been to since leaving new York 20 years ago. Disgusting

On the Expedia site, it mentions continental breakfast included. NO breakfast! Saw 1 small cockroach in bathroom!

I didnt like anything, i tried canceling the first day but was denied. Rooms smell like an ash tray, cockroach infested, a prison bed is better then what they offer. So no i did NOT enjoy my stay

The room was reconditioned well. But was sparsely furnished. It was clean. We had trouble getting hot water in the shower early in the morning. I am guessing there was no hot water circulating in the supply line. We booked a single room with a king bed. But were placed on a standard room with two double beds. I checked my online booking. We did request a single king.

The property was contacted via email regarding a late check-in time. I anticipated arriving around 11pm due to a late work assignment; however, my arrival was closer to 1am. During correspondence with the property, nothing was said regarding the later check-in time nor that my reservation would be canceled. My day began at 0800 the morning of Friday 24 July and did not end until 9pm that evening. THEN, I had a 3 hour drive to my destination ONLY to be informed upon arrival by the front desk personnel that my reservation was automatically canceled byt he system. At no point did the receptionist try to accomodate and was very dismissive, showing me on her phone that my reservation canceled. My arrival time was not hours after the deadline and I was literally falling asleep while driving. I was hoping there would be some understanding but she did not even mention there was no vacanies, only that the system had cancelled my request. At the end of the day, it is a business and I understand but also, at the end of the day, it's about profit and I would have done my best to accommodate the customer.

The phone didn't have a cord, the TV didn't work, no hangers, the pillows were very thin and flat, the towels were small and thin, the bathroom was so small, you had to step into the shower to close the door.

It was surprisingly clean and the room was very spacious much better than what I expected. However, the parking lot is very small . I arrived late one night and had to make my own parking spot.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was said to have just been cleaned but there was hair on the bathroom floor/carpet and in the tub. The bathroom door locks you in and I needed my family to open it from the other side. Thank God I wasn’t alone. While the room reeked of cigarette smell, I don’t remember if I selected nonsmoking or if it were an option. However the smell was so strong it irritated my allergies/asthma. I asked for an iron and I got an iron and no iron board. I only needed the room for one night to rest before hitting the road back home. We all slept in the car in the lot instead of the room because it was dirty and the curtain was ripped off the rod so you couldn’t pull it closed.

Can't beat the value and price. Just understand it's not the Waldorf Astoria.

Conveniently located & the check-in process was smooth. I would rebook if I decided to stay local.

I had a terrible stay and I reached out to you guys but in vain.

Our room had cockroaches we seen on the night before checkout. I requested a partial refund for the issue and was told "what I can do is tell my housekeepers to clean more for the next guest and discount your next price". I am NOT happy with how this was handled, and will not be using expedia nor studios for less again unless I am compensated on some level.

This is an inexpensive hotel stay. It is an old facility more renovations would make it nicer (ie replace shower calking, laminated floors. The sheets were clean, investment in new towels. It is wall air-conditioning and due to heat (heatwave

I love the staff they are great only problem I have is they have no soda machines no coffee in the office or in the rooms it's kind of inconvenient

Table was dirty, I brought a pack of washcloths with me and used one to clean the table. It came out red, like if juice was spilled and never cleaned. I started cleaning the rest of the rooms surfaces and it wasn’t too bad. I dropped the rag on the floor and wiped a small area by stepping on it. When I raised my foot my white washcloth was black. The disgusting cigar smell was activating my hives and asthma. My son spotted a roach come out the wall and we immediately packed up and left. We left within the hour. Property staff argued they cannot give me a refund because I checked in for the night. I still left and drove 6hrs right back home. It ruined our trip.
