A The smell coming from the sink

Location and price Cigarette and weed smell in the room that i had to check out 2 days early. When i left the hotel, my stuff, clothings and luggages smelled like cigarettes that it lingered for 2-3 days. I also saw cockroaches. If you have babies and children don’t book here, i had rashes from staying here.

Kitchen Bed bugs

The location was close to work. There were fun restaurants nearby too The room felt damp and muggy. Our keys stopped working after the first week

The Beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was central to where we needed to be. Within walking distance to many stores, and restaurants. The price was right You only get 1 set of towels for 7 days. Have to take your own garbage out. The common spaces were always occupied by "long term residents" of this hotel. It almost seemed like a halfway house, and while I understand the need for places like this, they need a common area where they are not crowding the main entrance smoking cigarettes as guests are entering. The rooms are clean, just a little run down, sloppy patches on the walls, bad caulk jobs. No Coffee pot in the room, and none available to use/rent from the hotel while staying.

The room was very run down. Plastic shoe molding was put up to cover water damage at the base of the shower/tub. The floors had white residue which I was able to get up with my shoe. The site is outdated. The pictures on the website for the hotel definitely does not match the rooms. The amenities in the pics are not available.

My room was wrong was supposed to get two queen beds no smoking and they had me for a king bed she ending up having to queen beds but it was a smoking room I ending up taking that room cause I had no other arrangements but I could only stay 3 nights there then I finally found another hotel that I stayed for the rest of my stay

Customer service was good There no service desk after 7 p.m. my light cover keep falling and I didn't have any chairs in the room
