Was able to make a last minute booking and Had a Great Stay!

Everything was fine except for while trying to reach the front desk the staff was literally ignoring the phone while standing right beside it

The experience was terrible

It was under construction. It was not pretty to look at. The smoke alarm was out of battery and it chirped all night in the hallway. The phone in the room was unplugged. Afterwards, Called the front desk and no one answered. Didn’t sleep well.

The property was under renovation which we were not aware of until we arrived. There was essentially no lobby, no breakfast available and the hallway to the elevator was being painted so the fumes were very strong. When we got up to our floor it smelled like marajuana. All of this caused us to check out within a few hours of checking in. The front desk clerk said he would try and get us some sort of discount since we had prepaid for 2 nights stay. We were very disappointed and if we aren’t refunded for at least one night, I will be reaching out to Comfort Inn corporate headquarters with my complaint.

Nothing, very very bad I had never seen an older or worse hotel; it is under renovation and really shouldn't be operating right now—you can't even breathe in the rooms. This hotel absolutely must not remain open in this state. My spouse, my child, and I were forced to endure a terrible night; I am going to report this hotel to the official authorities.

Poor customer service. I was told by the manager on the overnight shift that if I’m looking for perfect this is not it and one elevator was out of order and other elevator was filthy and the 1st room I was given was filthy and the 2nd one fridge broken

If you have a cane you have to walk a long way to get to the elevators. Also while walking to the room saw multiple packets of condoms strewn on the floor.

I arrived to the comfort inn not expecting to have a bad experience, boy was I wrong. the build was hot and humid and had an oder as if the someone left filthy bath water in the room over a week. The first floor was under construction, there were large cinder blocks and dusty drapes of plastic used as dividers to mask the filthy rooms under Contruction, yet one could still notice. in my room, the condition was average, or so I thought. that bathroom toilet was clogged and was un-usable forcing me to have to relieve myself at nearby diner. I complained and was met with zero effort to fix this issue. the breakfast promised each morning was merely some stale cereal or old stale muffins. all in all, this was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my adult life and will never utilize these services again.

Elevator been broke for a long time now. The remaining elevator floor is filthy & it stinks.

The property is good. It’s currently under construction, so just be mindful of the dust in the front entrance if you have severe allergies..

The property is under construction which should have been noted; no pool, "grab and go" breakfast?!, only one elevator was working and it was dirty! Front desk personnel do not answer calls in a timely manner. Smoke detector in room was covered with a plastic bag!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! The pool was empty, not usable! Front desk area is under construction. Elevator was dirty! None of this was noted on site as I would've stayed elsewhere!! Very disappointing experience, will never stay there again!!

This hotel was pretty bad! Upon arrival, we noticed that the breakfast room was under remodeling (we were not told about it at the front desk). Online this was supposed to be a hotel that provided breakfast. There was a small room where food was available in the morning, but the fruit was old and had fruit flies on it. We were also not told that one of the elevators was out of order, and not labeled as such, either. There was a leaky pipe (or pipes) in the hallway with a bucket underneath to catch the dripping water. The room had a stained bedspread, exposed wires, and the smoke detector outside of our room was beeping all night, obviously in need of new batteries.
