Nice-looking property, but my stay was disappointing. Guests were loud in the hallways all night, and I could hear everything from the room next door, which made sleep almost impossible. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, “The water didn’t drain properly, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Even the phone in my room didn’t work, so I couldn’t call the front desk to report any of this, and by then, I was already settled in for the night.” “When I did interact with staff, it felt dismissive rather than helpful.” “Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences.

The little breakfast food was too pricey, and the pool and gym were too small. The one good thing was that the room was clean.

The Bistro staff and front desk staff was excellent. The room as nice but the water pressure and shower head was small and leaked. The renovations to the roof were somewhat inconvenient. Bistro prices too high. Need free breakfast.
