I had a very good experience at Quality in Chester. The staff were friendly, respectful, and professional. I felt welcomed and well cared for during my visit. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive to my needs. Overall, I was satisfied with the care and service I received and would recommend Quality in Chester to others.

The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. There was mold in the room EVERYWHERE. the headboard fell off the wall, chipped paint in the floor, dingy towels and a bad smell from the mold of course ! Some of the lights didn't work. The curtains were raggedy. It was horrible

Rust in bathroom fixtures, room carpet in bad condition and breakfast was poor. I wouldn't stay here again

The room stunk like stale smoke and even the bedding smelled like it. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them and one even had hair wrapped in it. I would not stay here again.

This hotel has cockroaches and we ordered a suite with a pullout sofa bed and there was mold on the sofa mattress. We saw at least 10 roaches crawling around. We left immediately and went to the Holiday Inn that night and Quality Inn refused to refund us even though we couldnt* stay.
