The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating.

The parking is good but the room is not clean

The entire place smelled like mildew. The air conditioners in the two rooms I entered had dry rot around the base. The bed was hard and you could hear the road noise from my room. The shower leaked. The included breakfast was just waffles. I was jet lagged so I ended up staying one night out of my six night booking. I was told that I may not get a refund because I booked on Expedia. The staff was nice but nothing else was. I stayed in better hotels while I was in the Dominican Republic. If you have been you know how bad this place must be.

Great stay

The room that we reserve offered a kitchenette when we got to the location they were no kitchenette just a microwave and a refrigerator and some cabinets no stove top your free compliment you breakfast with Jake waffles and some cereal and two things of yogurt and some coffee

Location

It was dirty the shelves where the towels were had visible thick dust. It has a smell to it not strong but noticeable.

Great front desk staff. Very accommodating and helpful.

Just really sad. The furniture in the room couldn’t have been sold at Goodwill. Fridge’s freezer couldn’t freeze a water bottle (yes it was turned all the way down). Breakfast was worthless to a diabetic. VERY limited TV channels, none local. Dirty towels. Keys that had to be reprogrammed. No reason to go back.

The stinch(a mix of marijuana and garbage) throughout common areas of hotel. No trash liners, shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. Floors were sticky, previous occupants socks under the bed.

Dirty and smelled. Hair all over the bathroom, moldy musty smell in the room. Not a place to bring kids.

We had roaches in our room and smoke detector missing. Room smell bad and carpet felt wet. Cops were doing a drug bust right outside when we got there. We will never again but you get what you paid for.

Desk agents were friendly and helpful. Facilities need repair and updating. Minimal Continental breakfast.

The placed wreaked of weed. Air was stale like mold. Curtain in window was ripped. Sink drain plug and bath drain plug sat on the sink. Toilet handle was broken. Comforters were discolored. Sheets had holes.

Terrible odor and old, need a deep clean everywhere

Dirty carpet. Bathroom door does not close easily, needs hard push to get locked. Limited options in breakfast - cereals and waffle, no bread. Apart from external painting of the building, everything looks old.
