The hotel's prime location is highly advantageous for retail activities, with convenient access to several dining establishments. The accommodations were satisfactory, and the culinary offerings were acceptable. Upon arrival, our room was not prepared, resulting in a one-hour delay before we could be accommodated. As a gesture of goodwill, we received a $50 credit however, the extended wait was both unreasonable and inconvenient. Given the price point, a seamless check-in experience is expected.

Arrived 4:30PM, room not ready. Left bags with Bell Desk and went to a business dinner. Returned at 8pm, Bell Desk could not find my bags. Arrived an hour later, they had put them in the wrong room. No offer of any kind to remedy or try to remedy, just “sorry”. Shameful.
