Room was serviced with clean towels daily. Parking was expensive but the valet was timely and helpful. Food at the restaurant was not very good but staff was nice enough.

The Sofitel is amazing! They allow 2 dogs, 60 pounds each and the rooms and view are so luxurious. The bed is so comfortable and the room is beautiful. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I love it here!

The suite was spacious and perfect for a family of 3. The location was perfect and ideal for walking. There were many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The bed was super comfortable and is one of the best beds I've ever slept on. A great experience all in all. There was an almost a lack of staff presence that made it seem impersonal.
