The staff was nice. The room is too old and small compared to the pictures. Amenities were not complete in the room - has to ask multiple times for basic things.

This is the best place to stay in Chicago, always. The staff is amazing and the rooms are always clean, valet service is great and there is always an amazing breakfast. You can’t beat this place, or the pricing.

I thought the hotel lacked service expected at a 4.5 star. The room bar included one bottle of water and nothing more. The coffee machine is in a dark cabinet and not accessible. The carpet is dark and hotel overall outdated. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Parking provided on site for a fee, with charging offered for EVs. Room was beautiful with great views of city.
