Waldorf Astoria Chicago

Beautiful property and excellent service from all staff.

Wife and I always come back to the Waldorf Astoria-Chicago as our preferred hotel in downtown. We’ve experienced a bunch, but none ever truly make us want to call it home.

Such an amzing hotel . The entire staff are beyond exceptional.

Dining in options were great, service was unmatched I asked for alcohol to be removed from the room, but it never was

The location was fabulous for walking to all the shopping and restaurants. It had excellent staff and facilities. It was a little more expensive than I normally would pay

We loved our stay. But we had issues with the lights in the room and our shoes weren’t properly shined. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Everything was amazing

I loved how i came there and everyone was so welcoming and wanted to bring my bags up for me i even left my phone and charger in the car and they were going to bring it up to my room. Room service brought me two separate orders because i ordered the wrong thing and sat the plate down right in front of me. I was on the 25th floor and had the best view ever. 10/10 I have nothing bad to say about the property. If anything the driveway was a little hard to find if ur not Chicago born and raised

Jesus was very helpful with questions that we had. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Beautiful luxury hotel with an elegant atmosphere, very clean rooms, and an excellent location. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall experience felt upscale and relaxing. The room overlooked a large parking garage, which took away from the atmosphere and overall energy of the room. For us, the view is a significant part of the experience and makes up about 40% of how the room feels.

Wonderful Hotel will definitely be looking forward to going back.

My first time there, has left me with a lasting impression I will never forget! Classy and it smelled like Paris! Love everything about the hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer.
