Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

Tv was not plugged in correctly and wasted my time. If i pay this much for a room for 2 nights I really expect these simple things to work the first time and me not have to waste my time trying to figure out why the tv isnt working. Idk i think some of the staff is a little confused or lazy im not sure. Beautiful hotel and beautiful room with a great view. Also the wings from room service could be SOO muchh better. Thanks for taking all my money tho!

We came to the property for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in through the doors, we felt pampered. Everyone on staff was friendly, high energy, and always willing to help. The housekeeping staff was top notch as they went above and beyond with expectation on not only keeping things clean, but organizing our clutter, leaving thoughtful birthday treats, and making us feel comfortable. I now do not want to travel without staying at a 4 seasons property. They made our experience 10 times better!

Mason went above and beyond to accommodate our daughter’s needs. He made sure we had everything we needed, and his exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. All of the staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food and drinks were delicious, and the spa was incredible. It exceeded our expectations and did not disappoint. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return!

This was our first stay at a Four Seasons — if there was 6 stars for the staff, I'd give it. Upon arrival, we were running late and trying to make an event. The Bellman immediately said he'd arrange transportation for us after we quickly went to the restrooms. We come back down to discover that he was going to drive us in the hotel's car —amazing service! And that's how the entire stay went. Amazing service, clean everything, amenities beyond expectations — it was a splurge, but a well worth one and we'll be back again!

Great location in what feels like the heart of the city, just steps from the lakefront, excellent restaurants, and many attractions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always courteous. There were a few occasions when requests took a little longer than expected or communication was a bit challenging. It would be wonderful if there were additional ways to contact the staff besides the traditional in-room phone, as that would make the experience even more convenient. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, but one feature I really appreciated was the direct connection on the sixth floor to a charming modern shopping mall, where it's easy to grab a quick meal, coffee, or drinks.
