Rude over night front desk who answers the call at night for inquiries the day and afternoon front desk are wonderful though

I’m a local and wanted to try something new so I decided to book this hotel for my boyfriend and I for just a cute staycation date. Best decision ever! Literally only a 10 minute walk from the beach, lots of restaurants and shops around and it’s in a beautiful area. Just an amazing location. The room was so nice and it had a kitchen! It was sooo cozy and the price was amazing for the quality of everything. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. I definitely would come back here again. Perfect for a fun night out or if you want to just have a nice little get away :) ALSO there is a parking garage that’s a 5 minute walk from the hotel with great prices. As a Chicago native, SpotHero is the way to go when it comes to visiting here lol

All was well during my stay. They do however allow guests to bring their dogs. While walking down the hallway I heard a couple of dogs barking inside the rooms. Other than that the hotel stay was cozy

Clean room, nice staff

The hotel was in a very good location. The staff Charlie was amazing. They all were so polite to us from beginning to end. Now what I wasn’t to fawn about was the parking. We couldn’t park our own cars and it was $70 overnight which was very much steep. But I made the best of of it. Other than that, our stay was amazing for my partner birthday.

Great location. Walking distance to lake, retail shops and restaurants/bars.

Great location, great breakfast, staff was very nice and helpful. a very clean room everything worked in the room I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

This place needs better staff they are very rude to many things is not in order

The experience was amazing! My only critique is regarding the breakfast. They are incredibly strict with their morning hours, and even during those times, many food options ran out quickly and weren't replenished. Definitely worth a stay, just make sure you get to breakfast early!"

Parking

This is my first time in a hotel where our room was not cleaned in three nights.

Very nice renovated rooms. Great location.

The suite was great and the location was awesome. None of the valets drove manual transmission vehicles, so we had to park our car in and out of the garage ourselves. The AC unit in our room did not seem to be adjustable.

The bed is so comfy, and they have an iron & iron board. the AC that was just right in front of your bed, I was in room 304 before.

The location was good. That i was charged for a night that i had canceled in the time frame of my free cancelation date. Booking nor the hotel wanted to take the responsibility for there mistake. I am really hurt by the decisions that were made. I am a vip person because I book through Booking for all my vacations but I don't think I will be using them in the future .

Location and size of the rooms Breakfast wasn’t great and the breakfast area was too small for amount of people staying. Our room had metal reinforced structures in the corner of the bedroom holding the ceiling/roof up.

I liked how roomy and comfortable the room was

The property is in an excellent location. The rooms are good for the price. The staff should have little patience towards families with kids. Continental breakfast is decent.
