Sonesta ES Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile - Medical

Very clean rooms, a lot of various facilities, especially coin laundry. The room itself was big and had a kitchen. Location is very nice, all the Chicago attractions are in walking distance

Great location. Size of the room. Good kitchen facilities. The room needed luggage racks in the bedroom as well as an easy chair. Another chair in the living room would also be nice.

Breakfast was eggcelent! Aside from hearing the elevator, we were amazed at how quiet the room was. The location was great for what we wanted to do. It would be nice if the stairs were usable aside from emergencies.

the location was close to main areas to go to, short 5-15 minutes uber drive. breakfast was ok, but the room was so crowded and no room to sit. Also, they ran out of food. The hotel had construction noise from 8 am to 5 pm, and we were not told ahead of time and they don't put on their website..etc. It was so noisy to the point you can't stary in the room. Pillows were not comfortable. No room cleaning unless you stay at least 5 days, cleaning on the 5th day. During breakfast time, elevators were full and you have to do down the stairs to the street and walk around the building to get to the entrance. This wasn't a pleasant experience.

The staff was helpful for the most part, but the woman monitoring the breakfast was not. Another woman and I were looking for her to refill the flatware as we both had yogurt. When we asked her, she walked past the station and into the kitchen where we could easily see her chatting with the cook. Then she came back and opened the cabinet she had walked past and refilled the spoons.

I stayed at Sonesta ES Suites in Chicago for three days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the room was very comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the city. The only downside was the breakfast, which could be improved. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return! Breakfast could be better

What I liked mostly about my stay was the cleanliness of the hotel. Food waste. There was a lot of food that after breakfast was thrown into the trash can. I feel that all staff should have been asked if they wanted breakfast before it was thrown into the trash can. Prevent some of the waste.
