The show was not flowing and the room smell a little musty

Great location. Staff were so nice and accommodating. Room was large and had a separate living room space. We loved our stay.

Everything

I didn't like the smell, couch & chair, could be cleaned, shower and behind bathroom connecting to bedroom. Location, staff, pet friendly, overall maintenance....We were here 9 yrs ago, with same pet and would come back.

Everyone was beyond friendly. The valet crew was wonderful, shout out to G for amazing customer service. Housekeeping was spotless. We truly felt like VIPs. We'll be back!

Beautiful views, comfy bed, clean room, and amazing staff!

Convenient location for some walkabouts. Our room had a good view of Lake Michigan and the Oak St. Beach.

The staff and housekeeper were attentive.

I booked here for my birthday and was very disappointed. The bathroom had mold along the ceiling and around the inside shower frame. Long story short I had to book another hotel, thankfully there was availability being that it was the 4th of July weekend. The room was very outdated and wasn't modern like the pictures online. The mangers didn't seem to care. Now there was a supervisor I guess over house keeping that came to clean but with cleaning over mold was still not satisfying.

Such amazing place for families. Great location, room set up and friendly staff. We will continue to stay here for each of our visits.

Check in process was very smooth and even though I had a special request, they worked with me to be able to complete (not a lot of hotels would do that). Lobby was very clean, smelled good, and even though it was busy, it didn't feel crowded or overwhelming. You have to use your room key card to access floors in the hotel (added safety appreciated!), elevator was very fast, and the room was already cooled down before we got in. We were greeted by name on the hotel tv (nice touch!) and everything was so comfortable! The only downfall to our room was that this suite was designed with an adjoining door between our suite and the one next to us (for bigger groups that would want to use that door). The guests staying in the room was insistent on turning the door knob, pushing the door back and forth to try and open it, when it was clearly locked. It was a bit disruptive especially in the early morning hours when you're still asleep and get woken up by the sound of someone trying to get through that door. The hotel can't control how other guests behave, but we may ask for a suite next time that didn't have that door.

Kids loved it. Everyone was so polite. Perfect location

Stayed at the Magnificent Mile Suites for a couple get away. They offered valet parking for $82/night, $62/night self park. Used spothero to park a block and a half down for half the cost. BUT we did not have privileges to get the car whenever. Hotel does offer in/out privileges. We ubered and walked around the city. There are many forms of transportation to get around the city. Room was pretty clean, they offer a pool and fitness area. Overall good experience. Will stay again.

I enjoyed the view of Lake Michigan from my room and the room was very spacious and clean. I also liked that there was a restaurant inside of the hotel.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout the stay.

It was good for a short stay. Guess I thought it should be more modern. Staff was helpful and polite. No issues other than that.
