Great location, great room/ Breakfast very poor, with mostly cheap ingredients that I never normally eat.

Location. The hotel changed its breakfast policy a month after I'd booked my stay, but never warned me. They removed the breakfast and handed over $14 vouchers to be exchanged at the local pastry shop. Not only is this ridiculous, but the fact that they did not provide such information in advance proves malicious intent (I'd booked it so I could cancel up until a couple of days before arrival). Additionally, the shower was too short (I had to crouch), the mattress was too soft and room was facing a wall with very loud AC systems attached to it (impossible to sleep).

Clean, comfortable, good staff. They got me in on a last minute booking with no problems at all

The staff was very attentive, friendly and professional. I had an end room on an upper floor and it was spacious and quiet. The hotel itself is conveniently located near the Miracle Mile and other attractions.There's a bakery off the lobby that has delicious pastries and gives hotel guests a 10% discount. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I will stay here again.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I arrived very late at night and a security guard walked me outside to show me where the parking garage was and waited for me outside after I parked. Great set from all employees!

Very fast elevators with no tap in required, close to doors at lobby and room. Thoughtful adjustable lighting and quiet HVAC are very welcome. Wifi router not in room and sometimes was slow.

At check-in, the Front Desk Clerk was very friendly, and explained everything about the hotel. Excellent customer service.

The staff here is outstanding. They are all very helpful and nice to talk to. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Try the dumplings.

It’s a great location & decent coffee at the cafe with 10% discount attached to the lobby . Room was comfortable just kinda loud air conditioner in the room we had to turn it off at night to sleep. Nice fixings mini fridge just it’s an old hotel the sink in the bathroom silently dripped , a few rust stains in the shower but it’s all clean . Nice gym facilities very spacious good equipment with water cooler & towels just that they were out of Lysol wipes when I went.
