Cute hotel in great location..make sure to ask for a street side room or your view will be a brick wall and the room will be like a dark cave. 😭

The room was spacious for two. The location was easy to reach from the bus line. We were able to check in early! The only problems were that the phone would ring randomly throughout the morning. We didn't ask for any wake-up calls, and you could hear through the walls into the next room. All in all, the hotel location was a good choice for this trip.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tallbott. Staff was great, room was great, it was close to so many things. Only complaint I have was the bed, definitely could upgrade the mattress in my opinion.

This hotel was so unique. The decorations are so cool! Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The restaurant/bar is excellent!

The hotel is in an older building, but they have done a great job adding modern amenities. The bar and restaurant leave a bit to be desired but the decor is nice and the service is helpful.

Staff is so helpful!! I asked to be switched to a double instead of one queen because we were traveling with my toddler. They made the transition so smooth!! By the time we came up everything was in a different room.

The booking was for 3 people. They continued throughout our stay to only leave 2 towels, even after being told to update the cleaning staff. The second night we only got 1 wash cloth and they said laundry had not been delivered. Even when we tried to "save" our towel and wash cloth when we returned in the evening they would be gone and replaced with only 2 sets of towels. So, every night after touring, shopping, etc. we would have to wait to shower until someone would bring us a towel and wash cloth.

They should have the 7 oz size expresso pods for the nespresso machine

This hotel is situated in a prime location, making it convenient to get anywhere in Chicago. The staff always greeted guests with bright smiles and provided immediate, friendly assistance with even the smallest requests. The room was very spacious; while there was some noise from neighboring rooms, it wasn't bothersome enough to be a major issue. I would love to stay here again if I visit Chicago in the future.

The hotel was very nice and great location. I did reserve a city view however did get the buildings across the street. Everyone was very professional and nice
