Viceroy staff were
-
The Viceroy is a nice hotel and staff were friendly, but I did find the lifts quite slow and the building interiors not as clean as expected.
-
We did not have bath towels or robes in our room and didn’t notice until I showered. Very unfortunate to have to dry off with a hand towel and no hair dryer. There were room service trays left outside multiple rooms in our hall that were there at least 24 hours leaving the hallway smelling like old food. Very disappointing overall.

Lovely decor and comfortable rooms No umbrellas for shade at the pool
-
The rooms were comfortable and clean and I like the location The rooftop pool was kinda gross and seemed dirty. There were not enough towels for everyone and no staff working. I thought it would be a better vibe.

We’ve stayed here for my sons birthday for the last 4 years and we are ALWAYS Impressed with the Staff and our stay!
-
This hotel is perfectly located and very close to great dining and shopping. It will be my default hotel in Chicago!!
-
Lacking in service and hospitality. Staff not able to problem solve or meet guests needs
-
Rooms are very modern and well put together, and the location can’t be beat. You’re near the heart of the city and just a few blocks from the water. The staff were amazing with their hospitality, they recommended many great dining and entertainment options to check out during my stay. Our fire alarm had an issue, and the staff fixed the issue and even upgraded our room for us free of charge! Couldn’t have been more pleased, and don’t forget the two restaurants attached - amazing. Try the Ube flan !

The bathtub and the balcony are a plus for the junior suite. Like the room decoration style. Nice location. Rooftop view is great!

Great room, staff, location. A fav.

Always love staying at the Viceroy.
-
The staff here is amazing! We don’t stay anywhere else in Chicago.

Room was not ready at check in time. Phone in room did not work. We asked for a roll away bed for our grandson and was told that we could not get a roll away because it is a fire hazard. Roll away shows up after we sent our grandson home. No late check out offered. This hotel is poorly managed.

They hit you with the ridiculous resort fee extra charge when you check out. Dirty play, $25 extra dollars per night. Deceitful
