Exceeded expectations.

Good, 10/10 the rooftop is also beautiful

The hallway carpet was dirty and stained, including a large stain by the entrance. The A/C didn’t work properly—the room stayed around 75° despite being set to 68°, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable.

Room was okay, renovated but not well. Odd furniture and layout, however it was clean, so not the worst place i’ve stayed.

Charged me $142 taxes amd fees at check in even when we had a reservation paid. They are upcharging the difference from third party bookings and telling you that there is also breakfast and 2 drinks included. We didnt sign up for a food package. Somehow third party booked it. We paid the difference so we could sleep after arriving from the airport at 12:30 AM. We declined to take the food vouchers. They still make you sign for it.

I had a lovely time and the hotel was located in a very nice and safe area. Lots of things to do within walking distance, very clean, friendly staff, except the gentleman that took care of me at check-in is very short and brief and I feel like he did not provide enough information unfortunately otherwise it couldn’t have gotten better. I really enjoyed the hotel especially the rooftop and the location.

The room itself is was nice, besides finding 3 differnt strands of hair under the sheets. Makes me think what other things weren’t cleaned.

Need to take those carpets out and clean bugs off of curtains and shower. Disgusted me slightly

Coming back for sure!

This was my first trip to Chicago and right off the bat the valet lady they had was very rude. Practically yelled at my partner when we were just trying to unload our things from the car demanding the keys before we could even breath. The front desk staff were nice, but for almost 600$ you would think the tub drain would work. It was disgusting having to shower and having standing water in there. There was no door handle in the bathroom not a huge issue but should be taken up on. Other than that the stay was fine but won’t be coming back.

Room was not very well cleaned

Service is terrible, room looks like a motel 8 hotel room - very dirty, outdated, small. The service is sub par and there is no where to park. Save your money and stay somewhere else!!!

The room was nice. The front desk staff was nice and let us check in a little early which was great. Overall things were pretty clean. Bedding, towels etc.we’re all clean. The room could have been a bit better dusted and vacuumed. There was a lot of dust on lamp shades, window sills, baseboards and the back of the bathroom door and fluff on the carpet around the beds. Nothing concerning just could have more attention to detail. Overall a nice stay. Was a little confused about some sort of VIP experience that I kept getting emails about so hard to tell what was included in the reservation and what wasn’t and also didn’t love the $300 deposit on two rooms I already paid for? But it might have been in the small print that I missed. But the property was nice and the staff was very nice and professional.

Staff were amazing! Extremely helpful and accommodating, let us check in about 5 hours early. Definitely recommend
