Smooth, quick check in. Spacious room. Great location. Made for a great weekend with my two school-aged daughters.

I had a long day of travel and it was great to have any easy checkin and a relaxing night!

It was a nice hotel in a really great area. Not big, not anything over the top by any means, I feel that it was extremely overpriced for what you got, but Chicago is an expensive city. It has a gym, and nice room for 2 people. A lobby and bar area and outside seating was nice.

Only item to mention was lack of an iron & ironing board

Charming hotel located in the Gold Coast. Walkable to dining and the Red Line. Room was comfortable. Upon check in we were give the option of a more quiet room, located towards the back of the hotel, or a more spacious room closer to the elevator. We chose the quiet room. It truly was quiet...couldn't hear any sirens or street noise. We had 2 adults in a King room. The bathroom was smaller and with limited counter space. It was fine for us, but others may need/want more space. This hotel is a gem! We will definitely be back!

Great hotel

Great hotel in a perfect location. Close to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants and stores. Hotel serves wine at wine hour everyday from 5 to 6 pm. Lobby is large and comfortable for relaxing or meeting friends. Breakfast was available in the lobby as well! Room was clean and comfortable! We would stay here again!

Nice upscale hotel in a great area.

We are allergic to down pillows, and house keeping wasn’t able to replace all the feather pillows with synthetic.

The room is quite small, the floor carpet is very old with bare spot and doesn’t seem to be very clean. But all considered it is a good price for the convenient location.

Hotel was nice. Great location and nice spacious rooms. A few cleanliness issues but not too bad. No alarm clocks.

They need better breakfast but it does not matter because there is a great breakfast place, 3rd Coast, two door up.

We stay here every time we come. We LOVE Ms Cookie!!! Shes the best!

Enjoyed the stay because we made the best of it. Booked 2 rooms and the second room was throughly cleaned. Went to explain to front desk and no one ever came to clean. Then requested down service every other day only one room was cleaned. Very disappointed.

This is usually our go to when we visit Chicago most of the time. Love the location. Staffs are wonderful. There are some issues when we stayed this time. The TV wasn't working. Carpet has quite a few stains. The phone won't charge on one side of the lamp. Hope those will get fixed soon.
