The room is quite small, the floor carpet is very old with bare spot and doesn’t seem to be very clean. But all considered it is a good price for the convenient location.

Hotel was nice. Great location and nice spacious rooms. A few cleanliness issues but not too bad. No alarm clocks.

They need better breakfast but it does not matter because there is a great breakfast place, 3rd Coast, two door up.

Enjoyed the stay because we made the best of it. Booked 2 rooms and the second room was throughly cleaned. Went to explain to front desk and no one ever came to clean. Then requested down service every other day only one room was cleaned. Very disappointed.

This is usually our go to when we visit Chicago most of the time. Love the location. Staffs are wonderful. There are some issues when we stayed this time. The TV wasn't working. Carpet has quite a few stains. The phone won't charge on one side of the lamp. Hope those will get fixed soon.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was very helpful & informative. Good bar in the lobby as well as a Happy Hour from 5-6 every evening. I would definitely stay here again!

Room 505 was great. The only thing that was wrong was that there was food left in the refrigerator.

Very good location in a really nice neighborhood and close to the Red Line which easily gets you to Wrigley, Rate Field, River Walk, etc. The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. It’s an old building, needs upgrades. The bathroom was really small. Chicago hotels are overpriced.

Great spot, pretty quiet street but walkable to everything from the beach to the L Found a pretty large bug in my room at one point. Room was tiny. Staff was not the most welcoming they seemed annoyed to check me in
