Nice and comfortable place to stay

Amazing hotel and room! Definitely will be staying again!

Although everyone was very accommodating, the roof top restaurant/bar is unimpressive and not handicap accessible accept through a freight elevator and still had to navigate two stairs to get in. Such a tight squeeze between bar stools and furniture (had to ask people to move/rearrange) to get out to the sky deck to get a walker through

Place is dated. Paint chipped and pealing as well as wallpaper. Carpet is old.

80 dollars to park per night or you cant have in and out privileges. The valets were disorganized and not friendly. The front desk was overheard talking about hotel guest. You ask about nearby places and they didnt have any idea about them. Peaches were left in the elevator floor for a bulk of the day. The breakfast was 35 per person per day and it was like the free continental breakfast at a cheaper hotel. We need our bedding changed and they told us it would be 35 for them to change it. After we asked for bedding multiple times, someone brought it and told us it was the end of his shift and he would not do it. We read there was a pool but it closed 2 years ago.

Phone didn’t work , no hot water and bad communication with staff. Not a bad hotel but not the greatest either

Excellent hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, and outstanding service. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our day. This will definitely be one of our places to stay once we come back nice friendly staff cleaning environment. Good location, parking not so much.

Cons: Shower area was very small and there was no hot water. Staff at the front desk we're not the most friendly. (Maid and staff at the cafeteria we're very nice.) Bottom Line: Better options for the price. Would not choose to stay here again.

I don’t know if I can say my room is really city view. My room had blurred out windows. Cleanliness was okay. Found a dirty balloon behind curtains so a bit questionable there.

The hotel was nice. Very elegant. The room itself was one of my favorite rooms ever. It felt like a mini apartment. It was perfect for the weekend. The staff were nice. It is right near Michigan Avenue. Great hotel. Would highly recommend!

We stayed there overnight for a wedding. The valet system they have going needs a lot of help. We waited for almost 20 minutes before we saw the guy to park our car. We got ready for the wedding, about an hour or so, and saw our car was never moved. Went back downstairs to leave but we didn’t see the valet for another 15 mins while our car was parked right in front of us. Waited again the next morning. It was ridiculous. The room was typical, no thrills, and the water pressure was very low. On a positive note, the room was very quiet and the staff at the front desk were very helpful.

This stay was unacceptable. The room did not match the listing, there was loud noise late at night, and the overall experience was disappointing. I expect a full refund for a stay that did not meet the advertised standards.

The hotel was terrible from the staff to no hot water, broke refrigerator in the room the thermostat making a clicking noise when it comes on no darkening curtains no privacy no water available in rooms only local tv channels no option to rent movies the worst hotel experience I ever had will never stay there again

The hotel and room were clean but there were a few areas of peeling wallpaper and paintwork that could be addressed. Staff at reception were very helpful but some at the breakfast buffet were not so. Better communication of what is/is not included in your rate would be an improvement. Great location as just 5 minutes from Michigan avenue.

The valet service was particularly disappointing. Requests to retrieve a vehicle often went unanswered, and after having to retrieve my own vehicle, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the valet staff. Additional concerns included: - No hot water during my stay. - The guest lounge was unclean. - The in-room phone was not functional. - Common areas, including the elevators, were dirty and appeared to be cleaned infrequently. - The elevators were also extremely slow. - No in-room coffee maker was provided. - The bedding did not appear to be clean upon arrival. Overall, the property did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or guest service. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
