Love staying here only issue I had while being here was the elevators

The room was very spacious. The location of the hotel was great. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall nice stay, but we have an issue with our bill that the hotel refuses to respond to any contact. We've spoken with Expedia multiple times, I've messaged through Expedia app as well as sent direct emails. The failure to even acknowledge the overcharge and work to resolve it is extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, because of this management issue it has totally impacted our impression of this hotel. Overcharging is not acceptable, and not responding to customers is also not acceptable.

I paid for my rooms in-full upfront. But when I called on my drive into town I was told that the rooms were oversold and that I might not have rooms when I got there. I told them that was unacceptable. I was there friday until sunday and never saw a housekeeper. They never brought fresh towels. We were told to come downstairs and pick them up because they only clean rooms once every three days. Three DAYS!!!! Gross. There was a shortage of staff. The phones didn’t work. Water pressure in the shower was horrid, but I still paid full price. That was my experience. I’m a frequent traveler and I was dissatisfied.

Good hotel, clean and luxurious. Only pain is their valet parking is $80usd or closest parking is $60usd for 24hrs

Rooms are great, great view, comfortable, quiet, great pillows. Big and roomy for suitcases. I love the location. Only problem we had was getting hot enough water for showers in the morning.

Clean hotel, great location on the Northwestern Campus. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar seemed to be having a drain issue or something, had a bit of a smell while inside. Outside was great though. Fire pit and comfy seating, gorgeous views. Breakfast was AMAZING! The yogurt bar was so good! There were many types of fresh cut fruit and berries. All cold, to temp., very clean, hot food was hot. I have an alpha gal allergy, and I was still able to eat a full breakfast of hard boiled eggs, an amazing DIY yogurt parfait, fruit, and toast. There was an assortment of breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc. The valet was easy to navigate, and the staff was so accommodating. Beautiful hotel, room wasn’t huge, but it was clean and gorgeous. For the money; it was a steal!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Choosing the upgrade made it easy to pretty much stay in my room between events which was much-needed (free water, drink coupons, breakfast, etc). What really bothered me was the perfume smell throughout the entire hotel - it was very pungent & even made my delivered salad taste like perfume. Definitely couldn’t eat it! I did also find black hairs on my bed (I’m a blonde). So I’d say overall it was good but those 2 issues would be a part of my decision-making if I were to visit again.

Raymond was great upon check in! Other staff great as well. One issue Chicago is a sports town many guests visit coming to sporting events. We could not get ESPN with the Roku service. HORRIBLE!!! that would a deal breaker on me choosing where to stay next time. It’s a very basic service. Other than that great play convenient location

Rooms were large and very clean. Walkable to everything we wanted to do! Arch, ballpark, dining options, the river!

Clean room

The front got busy but everyone took the time to let you know they saw you and would help you in a timely manner. The breakfast was surprisingly very well stocked and there was staff members there keeping everything full and clean. I really loved how centralized the hotel was and very was very easy to access public transportation. Overall I loved my experience here. Side note: The lounge on the 29th floor is pretty cool too.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Check-in was quick and smooth. The rooftop bar is nice but the drinks are expensive of course. LOL. Got a special rate on Expedia that included breakfast. The breakfast wasn't bad. I would stay here again.

The room had trash and other guests clothes left so not sure how well it was cleaned for them to miss that. Also our room was loud at night. The ceiling was making noises all night long.
