Very well kept hotel. Not new or recent remodeled, but very clean. Location is phenomenal!!! The adjacent parking garage is a plus and the staff were very efficient.

Very nice stay. Clean. Breakfast was very good. Had a little hiccup with housekeeping but the manager Darnell took care of it. Very professional with a kindness and thoughtfulness

Everything from the staff to the valet parking service and the fabulous breakfast Everything was excellent!
-
it was quiet in the rooms, breakfast hours were good, and breakfast was fine the lobby was very hot, the music was loud, pool which is on the website was closed, the elevators would take 2 to 3 tries to get on, they were all very full so average time on to get elevator was 15-20 minutes this wouldn't have been an issue but the people were cranky and hot
-
Solid hotel in walking distance to the beach, magnificent mile, river walk, boat tours - staff friendly and helpful

Where to begin… I think first off credit where credit is due. The TWO front desk ladies were understaffed. They worked very hard. But that’s about where the positives stop. And I should have realized with a woman yelling in line in front of me that something was not going to be great… after checking in we went to our room. Immediately on entering the room it was HOT. Not warm. Not stuffy it was HOT!! The ac was blowing hot air like it was -20 outside and we were trying to stop frostbite, instead it was 89 outside and I think about 94 in the room! The fridge was busted also and hot. The bathroom door couldn’t close all the way and the TV was not able to find its own programming. After calling and calling to the front desk (see the previous note about how understaffed they were) no one answered. I then left my room went downstairs waited in line again and told them about it. They radioed for the maintenance man to come up, he was pretty quick to get there and seemed very friendly, he looked at the ac and said the compressor was and I quote “too hot to even work on” and offered to give us a box fan… I said we had just driven from Maryland and a box fan wasn’t what we had in mind. He then worked with the front desk to find us a room. We went to that room. Paint peeling, toilet cracked and ac almost working… but the straw that broke the camels back was the POOL DOES NOT EXIST!!!! It has been closed down to make a bar. The look in a 13 year olds eyes when they see no pool… horrible

Valet parking was a bit expensive. Staff was friendly. Elevators were really challenging at random times ( I waited over 15 minutes one morning and the elevator never came so I took the stairs). Breakfast was okay.
-
The property was clean, staff was nice, location was in a good spot to walk to different restaurants, clubs, shopping, and other main attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
-
Breakfast lines were too long. Initial check in line was slow. Elevators were also slow and crowded on arrival. Free parking without in out privilege. Your property should have a discount for the medical facilities.

Very out dated
-
The first room we were in, the rug was dirty, couch was ripped/torn. They when they change our room
-
no recomiendo este hotel, sus instalaciones estaban viejas, la atencion de entrada no fue la mejor, los elevadores sonaban como si se fueran a derrumbar, fue tanto mi miedo que salí un dia antes de terminar mi reserva.

It was in an excellent location. Everything was within walking distance. The area is a bit congested but its easy to navigate. Breakfast buffet was typical.
