Anderson should receive a gold star! So helpful, patient, and has such a great personality. The room was clean on arrival but I did notice housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay and we had to ask for fresh hand towels every morning. Breakfast was standard and I would definitely like to see an ice machine or at least the juice in the dispenser be cold. The burgers from the bar were good but the pepperoni pizza was very disappointing especially for $22.

Also, the housekeeper forgot to put face towels in our room and when I called the front desk, they said that they can’t give anymore, so after some back and forth and miscommunication, they brought up the towels we needed.

The room was very small for 4 people. It has pull-out coach for 2 people and in reality one person sleeps comfortably. It is not for two people.

This is a spectacular property. Location is amazing. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is top notch. And the rooftop is next to none. This is our second time staying here.
