The hotel was so amazing for us. Staff was accommodating and helped us immensely. The restaurant for breakfast and the roof top wil keep you coming back. We will try to stay there as much as we can while in Chicago.. Lester and Luis at the restaurants need a bonus. They kept the breakfast crowd well organized.

The property was clean and the staff very accommodating. They helped us with taxi service. The breakfast was great and laid out nicely. My only recommendation is to have access to the elevator from both sides.

We absolutely loved this hotel. My wife and I came for two days to celebrate my birthday. The location is fantastic to walk many great places, breakfast buffet was the best, excellent selection and tasty. While eating breakfast then brought me a birthday brownie and put chocolate in our room. Above and beyond expectations. Very clean and modern hotel with great staff. Roof top bar is a must!

This is a stylish hotel in a great location. Due to its primarily European clientele, a great breakfast is included. It is a better hotel than many costing hundreds of dollars more.

From the moment Juliana checked us in, to post checkout with the staff holding our luggage for us while we enjoyed our last day, we LOVED THE RIU! Beautiful hotel, great service, excellent breakfast, and great location! My wife enjoyed her birthday weekend to the max! Very thoughtful with the champagne as well! 10 out of 10, will do it again!

Take advantage of the breakfast on the 2nd floor! Great way to start your morning and get fueled up for the day! -Highly recommend the rooftop bar, but make reservations and ask for seating on the ledge bar for the best night time view experience. (Side note; the food is bar food and not really a place to have a good meal. But the drinks are fantastic and nonalcoholic are available) Tired at the end of the day…then go to the lobby bar have a drink and sit in the lounge and relax. Highly recommended the stay!
