Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Magnificent Mile

Hotel was really nice! Great location with polite and helpful staff. We hope to be back this fall.

The valet parking is convenient, and everything is within walking distance.

Everything was excellent, except that the room was cleaned every other day. We did get some complimentary coffee on one of the days the room was not cleaned. However, we had to go to the front desk and ask for it. The restaurant was mediocre and a bit expensive for what was ordered.

You should tell in front desk to clean uour room without it they will never clean it. There is no room service too.

Location, clean and staff was great

Our room was very dirty. The shower had mold on it and bathroom was gross. The outside of the hotel you could barely tell what it was due to construction. It is a great location.

Overall, an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. It’s a fantastic location, conveniently close to great restaurants and shopping.

Somehow the room was never cleaned and the staff mentioned it is cleaned every other day. The housekeeper came and took the tips with without cleaning in one of the day. Also, the siren was really loud for 3 days in row. Lastly, the neighbor was having a fight in the middle of the night during the last night of my stay. I didn’t sleep well due to all these factors. However, the location is quite good. Close to everything. The front desk staffs were super friendly and help me store my bag after checking. Overall the rating is 3.5/5 from me.

Locat

Nice hotel. Took the family for a weekend Chicago trip. The rooms were nice, but didn’t get any room service for some reason. Had to call a couple of times. Other than that the property was nice.

The parking garage was horrible!!!! $60 for the night and they do not validate. It is so tight and steep I literally thought I was going to hit the side wall. The guys working to help everyone with the garage ( the elevator was broken) they were super friendly and helpful. The girl at the desk, not as much. No trash bag in the trash cans and only one trash can. I wouldn’t stay there again.
