Clean , close to center, friendly staff.

Rooms were clean and the staff was super nice!

The entire staff were genuinely so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. They didn’t just address our concerns—they made us feel like they truly cared about our experience and wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Things don’t always go perfectly when traveling, and I think the way a hotel responds when something does come up says so much more. The manager and his team completely turned our experience around, and we ended up leaving with a very positive impression of the hotel. We really appreciated how well we were taken care of and would absolutely stay here again.

Nous y étions déjà allé. On s’attendait à un bon niveau de commodité d’un Marriott. Le parking coûte plus cher que si on ne passe pas par l’hôtel. Café cheap et pas de crème à café ou de quoi de mieux que une poudre colorant cheap. La piscine est sale tous les tour, vraiment pas digne d’un Marriott. Je n’y retournerai sûrement pas. Nous avons eu des Best Western beaucoup mieux pour moins cher

Amazing stay, the one thing that I would say was having been there during a busy weekend of lollapalooza as were many other guests was that only 2 of the 3 elevators were being used for guest causing high traffic in the lobby in the evenings after the festival. Had the third elevator been available for use it may have lessened the traffic in the lobby and get guests to their rooms quicker after a long day. Over all thought the staff was amazing the room was great and the stay was wonderful

Clean room, good location, would return.

The location of the hotel was great. The facilities were old, the pull out sofa bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable and housekeeping never came to refresh the towels or the room.

Good accommodations for a family of five with three teens. It’s tight, but it was comfortable. Pool and gym are nice. Valet was helpful and kind, though expensive. Great location. I would stay here again.

I didn't get the original room that I booked but it was quickly corrected. I could not get the wifi to work. The building and amenities were nice and it's well located. As a wheelchair user there were no bars by the toilet or a handheld shower head. The shower/tub was fine but the portable bench was wider than the tub so I was sitting on a slant.

Location. Big beds (we got the 2 queens) Multiple lights, sockets; enough space for 3 people Large toilet and bath One check in staff was not so accommodating. I was in front of him and he didn’t explain what we were doing with our bags if we came early. Left us there to figure out that the other person (concierge) were to get them. Just told us we were early. Whilst in front of the counter, he was typing in some other things. Attention was not with the guest at all.
