Everything was good except the check in. We were in town for a hospital procedure and just wanted to rest. I arrived at 3pm check in time but room was not ready until 5pm. Staff was helpful but no excuse for the timing.

The breakfast was fantastic 😋. The location of the hotel was in a perfect spot in downtown Chicago.

Great location. Easy walk to the lake, shopping, and restaurants.

On the negative side we were unable to get into our room until 2 hours after check in time, the staff were very apologetic and the manager applied for a partial refund on my room so satisfied with that. Everything was as you'd expect from then on.

Our room was smaller than expected but since we were really just there to sleep it was fine. The next door neighbor had a kid who screamed like a real monster was hiding u see his bed at 2 and 630 am, so that was a treat.

Decent hotel, altho smallish rooms, especially the small bathroom. But bed and furniture were comfortable, breakfast was decent, and it's a good location. I'd stay here again, especially for business. Parking is off-site. The self park option is a much better deal, just a block away in a safe garage, and you get access to your car during your stay.

The walls to the rooms were semi thin. our room was right out of the elevator which wasn't actually bad but the room next to us you could often hear and at times that was hard but it mostly was just one night.

It was close to many things that I was interested in, great location I didn’t like the attitude of the staff, I had issues with the refrigerator and I struggled to keep a refrigerated medication cool, the tv was not working, the toilet would not flush properly, and one of the outlets stopped working.

The only real issue we encountered was the AC being difficult to control. It selected cold or heat based on whether the thermostat was being turned up or down. It also didn't kick on when the room got warm, which left us waking up hot in the middle of the night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful The location right next to a huge hospital was very, very noisy. Ambulance and Police sirens blaring all night long made it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs

The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.
