Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Downtown / Magnificent Mile

Location. Nice clean room Hot items on breakfast buffet were room temperature even the watery oatmeal. Locked us out of our room 15 minutes before checkout time

The best place to stay in downtown Chicago is Fairfield Marriott. The staff is the best. The beds are comfortable. It is around the corner from the Magnificient Mile. Budget friendly! Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did! place to stay

Very good

Clean room and decent breakfast, valet for parking was great and smooth!

Breakfast was pretty basic. Cleanliness was just about adequate.

We will definitely come back to this same property, fantastic experience!

Location

Todo súper limpio, personal atento, y excelente desayuno

Quiet rooms aside from outside city noises, but you’re in a big city and that’s part of the fun. Excellent location we walked to Navy Pier and Willis Tower. Breakfast was ok. Hot food was on the lukewarm side but options were good. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay

Always a pleasure to stay at a Marriott

Staff were kind and helpful. Parking was a bit tricky and had to valet my vehicle. Rooms were small but clean. Was impressed by the many options for breakfast and its freshness.

The overall great experience. Clean, convenient, competitive price. Continental breakfast was decent! Thank you!

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had everything that was needed by anyone, and was very good. The hotel was at a perfect spot to get to anything that we needed to get to and very good restaurants were in walking distance. The only thing was the room was very small, but you’re not really staying in the room that long so overall, it was the perfect hotel for us.

This property is conveniently located a block away from Michigan ave. The Starbucks reserve is just a 4 min walk. The hotel offers a hot complimentary breakfast, and a water refill station for your water bottles. The room was very clean! I still do my own sanitizing, but I have no complaints. The king room is cozy and ideal for a solo traveler imo. I like the key card requirement to access the guest floors as a good safety measures. The property does hold your bags if needed. Check in was a breeze and every staff member I encountered was wonderful! All friendly and helpful! Special shout out to Mateo when checking in. He was quick, friendly, warm, welcoming and efficient! I would 100% stay here again! No questions asked.

Staff was very nice and accommodating Walls are a little thin and hallways are narrow. Can be a little noisy.
