Amazing stay!

Just an absolutely terrible hotel. Booked 3 rooms, only one of them was ready on time. Checked in and the entire bathroom smelled like urine and the AC whined really long. Asked to switch rooms because it was unsanitary living conditions and was told I would have to wait 2 hours for the manager to show up to work. Then they promised they would refund me and never did. I called several times to the property but was never able to get through to an actual person. Now I'm doing a chargeback on my credit card. Avoid this terrible hotel at all costs.

The rooms were great! They deep cleaned daily. Accidentally came back to hotel when they were cleaning my room and she was full on mopping and deep cleaning the tiles. Super impressed! Fresh sheets and great staff! Super kind. Left the staff tips as I left because I was so happy

Great location well kept

Double charged and never had hot shower water. Staff wasn’t helpful over phone regarding charge but the woman who welcomed us at the front desk was lovely. No hot water

Perfect place to stay in

I am a super bent on clean hotel rooms and I found this hotel solely based on the reviews (specifically the cleanliness review) The front desk staff was extremely nice and professional and very helpful! I couldn't believe how clean the public restrooms were and to my surprise and contentment the rooms were even more beautiful and super clean. No stains or mold in the bathrooms, no strands of hair on the bed, I honestly cannot give any mishaps or complaints during my stay. Great job!

The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and very clean. Even though the hotel is in the center of the city, it was surprisingly quiet, and we had an amazing night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago. Highly recommend!

Hot water was dodgy (from too hot to too cold quickly). The restaurant opening hours were the worst for me though. The restaurant opens for breakfast until 11 and then closes from 11 to 4pm, so forget about a drink or a snack during these hours.

I didn't use the hotel's amenities or restaurant, so I can't comment on those. One thing to note is that there is no bell service. If you choose to self-park, the parking garage is about 1.5 blocks from the hotel rather than in the building. I also found the valet staff to be less helpful than expected—they mainly collect your car keys and don't provide much additional assistance. On the other hand, the front desk and hotel staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Just be prepared to transport your own luggage, especially if you're self-parking.

Cool hotel super service when I check in, only minus was the service at breakfast which was not good.

I liked everything about the property except the bait and switch and the management lack of follow up. The city view show in the online picture isn’t what we got it was street view which management tried to convince me was city view, absolutely not acceptable. This was a fathers day surprise to a 72 year old veteran who’s dream it was to one day stay on the magnificent mile. The manager on duty said she would try and rectifying issue and in the meantime gave use two $25 meal tickets for the attached restaurant there were three of us there, and to add to the disappointment I never heard from the staff again. I remained disappointed to this date and will never stay in an autograph Marriott hotel again not to mention that there was no on site self parking as listed in the online discription. Hotel was excellent, manager follow up and ads highly disappointing.

Nothing really didn’t get to enjoy That I wasn’t aware I had to bring a card that matched with my id it was really inconvenient I had to immediately get ready as soon as I landed and when I got to the hotel I was informed I wouldn’t get a room without my own credit card. I was staying for my boyfriends sisters wedding and had to last minute switch my hotel to a motel which was a horrible downgrade. I had nothing but my id, my passport, and his credit card he loans me and I use for everything.
