Loved the decor and the fine details with the whole theme of the hotel. Wish it had a pool and more gym equipment.

Beautiful rooms and building, decor is unique and the experience was memorable. Excellent location, could not be better if you're wanting to visit the riverwalk, navy pier, and michigan ave. The tvs were slow and only had a few channels and the Netflix was glitchy/unusable.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, and comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived until checkout. The entire hotel had such a nice, relaxing atmosphere, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will absolutely be booking here again! ❤️

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Chicago, su posición es bien céntrica, fácil y seguro de caminar con diversos lugares de compra, cafés y restaurantes al alcance. También cuenta con buenos accesos a diversos medios de transporte. El hotel tiene una decoración muy llamativa y bien lograda, adicionalmente todo estaba muy limpio y cómodo.

Amazing stay!

Just an absolutely terrible hotel. Booked 3 rooms, only one of them was ready on time. Checked in and the entire bathroom smelled like urine and the AC whined really long. Asked to switch rooms because it was unsanitary living conditions and was told I would have to wait 2 hours for the manager to show up to work. Then they promised they would refund me and never did. I called several times to the property but was never able to get through to an actual person. Now I'm doing a chargeback on my credit card. Avoid this terrible hotel at all costs.

No liner in the trash cans

The rooms were great! They deep cleaned daily. Accidentally came back to hotel when they were cleaning my room and she was full on mopping and deep cleaning the tiles. Super impressed! Fresh sheets and great staff! Super kind. Left the staff tips as I left because I was so happy

Great location well kept

Double charged and never had hot shower water. Staff wasn’t helpful over phone regarding charge but the woman who welcomed us at the front desk was lovely. No hot water

Perfect place to stay in

I am a super bent on clean hotel rooms and I found this hotel solely based on the reviews (specifically the cleanliness review) The front desk staff was extremely nice and professional and very helpful! I couldn't believe how clean the public restrooms were and to my surprise and contentment the rooms were even more beautiful and super clean. No stains or mold in the bathrooms, no strands of hair on the bed, I honestly cannot give any mishaps or complaints during my stay. Great job!

The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and very clean. Even though the hotel is in the center of the city, it was surprisingly quiet, and we had an amazing night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago. Highly recommend!

Hot water was dodgy (from too hot to too cold quickly). The restaurant opening hours were the worst for me though. The restaurant opens for breakfast until 11 and then closes from 11 to 4pm, so forget about a drink or a snack during these hours.

I didn't use the hotel's amenities or restaurant, so I can't comment on those. One thing to note is that there is no bell service. If you choose to self-park, the parking garage is about 1.5 blocks from the hotel rather than in the building. I also found the valet staff to be less helpful than expected—they mainly collect your car keys and don't provide much additional assistance. On the other hand, the front desk and hotel staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Just be prepared to transport your own luggage, especially if you're self-parking.
