Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile

This was a really great stay--we had a suite with our two boys and the room was really big! The pull out bed was nice and both rooms had plenty of space. the bathroom was oddly small for how big the room was--that was probably our one critique. It was very tight in there. Location was great--very close to the mag mile and streeterville is a really pleasant neighborhood. The staff was super friendly and very kind to our boys. I will say, the pool was TINY and got pretty crowded with only a few families. Overall--great stay and would recommend.

It’s a nice hotel just too pricey

I absolutely love this place! I love how as soon as you enter in, there’s a Starbucks if you need a morning coffee, how the pool and hot tub were family friendly, especially how the pool and hot tub were connected to the gym. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It also couldn’t have been in a more convenient location, close to everything downtown and connected to Northwestern Hospital.

Great hotel in a great location (couple blocks of the magnificent mile). The hotel is very clean and the rooms are pristine, modern and cozy. Would stay here again next time I’m back in Chicago.

if I were in Ulysses the sirens would have been fabulous but alas I was in chicago

All great clean room, staff wonderful except the gents the front parking seemed he was on the phone talking to busy to help us.

This is a very nice hotel but I wish there was a more comfortable lobby seating area. I was glad for the hot tub but the website photos make the pool and hot tub area look much bigger and nicer than it was. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the bar/restaurant. I do think the rooms could be cleaned a bit more during the stay. Overall a positive experience.

This place was great. It was central to everything for my family and I. So much was in walking distance and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

My parents had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was perfectly located for their needs with a spacious, clean room with great amenities. Only small negative was breakfast which was not included, it was good but over 30$ daily. Overall, a great stay!!

Shower is a bit outdated. The bath tub doesn't drain right. Shower head isn't great either. This could use an update/repair/upgrade
