Clean room, excellent service, friendly and convenient bar downstairs. Excellent location in the heart of the city.

Beautiful property. Well maintained and cleaned thoroughly. Loved being able to be so close to shops and restaurants. We did not have to use an uber or vehicle to get around Chicago

Staff was great, room and hotel overall very clean and updated. The pool was not that great.

We traveled with children and it was a great hotel and the location was perfect. Pool is a bit small but they offer a hot tub which was nice for us adults. There was a sound machine in our deluxe suite and that was a nice amenity. Would have been nice to have vending machines on the floors. Overall would recommend.

The room was very nice and modern. I found the staff to be helpful. I definitely enjoyed how clean and comfortable the room was. I appreciated the art and decor, the bar was also a nice touch.

Great location, walkable to Michigan Ave, Navy Pier. The lobby on the second floor setup was a bit of a hassle as we brought all of our bags up to the second floor only to find out our room was not yet ready, then were told to bring everything back down to the first floor for the bell/valet service to hold. Would be much better to streamline this another way to avoid the hassle. Other than that clean property and nice rooms.

Great Hotel with great location!

Centrally located. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Even being so close to a hospital, the stay and location was still perfect. The shower tubs need updating but overall the room is great, very clean with a modern aesthetic. Great view on the high floor. Valet parking is expensive yet so convenient. I wish it were a lower price.

This hotel was amazing. So close to everything we wanted to do. Love the comfy bed and the white noise machine in the room. Staff was polite and let us check in a little early. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel clean and nice staff

The hotel was absolutely magnificent. The hotel room was spacious my kids enjoyed the space in the room and the pool. The beds were comfortable and I would for sure stay here again.
