Parking garage was hard to navigate

Clean Room beauty aura in the heart of things loved it!!

Very nice hotel tucked off the main drag of Michigan Ave. We really enjoyed our stay - would stay again. Parking is about a block away.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, easy access to parking. This isn’t the hotels fault, but third party websites advertise the rooftop bar in a misleading way, it is only for private events not for the public/guests.

Nice gem amongst the competing high profile brands of hotels.

Lovely respite in the city!

Hotel was quite and close to michigan st. Id recommend this to any couples looking for a more affordable hotel in its location who want a nice shower and rub. Only negatives were the water leak (which they were quick to resolve) and the elevator making horrible noises.

The hotel was amazing and everything was very nice and near a lot of main attractions. Will definitely come back

The rooms and lobby is beautiful. I was mislead regarding the terrace and restaurant. The terrace is not available to all customers. It’s only available to parties that reserve it. The restaurant is nonexisting. They do not have a kitchen at this location. The food is a frozen food dish that they steam right behind the check-in counter and serve to you. This was very disappointing seeing that the hotel already does not have a pool or a gym. I was looking forward to the terrace and the restaurant for food. Oh, and the parking structure is not on the premises of the hotel. You have to drive to this parking structure location to park your car. The amenities are misleading and not accurate.

Hello, everything so great it's just that no microwave in the rooms or in the lobby. That's not right that guess have extra food and no where to warm it up not good.

Room was huge and the deep soaking tub was amazing.

Great property, close to lots of shopping. Kaia and Carlos at the front desk were simply amazing and very attentive. Bed was comfortable, tub and bathroom is awesome. I would 100% stay here again!

Decor was beautiful It was very comfortable and the location was perfect I didn't like that some of the furniture was very used and there was only one chair in the living room area. One light didn't work. Overall I enjoyed it

We stayed with a toddler and there were no playpen or crib available so we had to prepare a makeshift sleeping area over the sectional sofa. Otherwise everything was good and as expected.
