No decaf coffee or tea in the room but otherwise amazing stay. Close to the hospital which is why we were there. And when I ended up staying overnight after surgery, they accommodated my husband even though we had already checked out.

Carlos was so great and full of energy, he was super delightful and such a genuine person please give this man a raise he is a one of a kind worker! The bar was easy to order from and the room was clean and comfortable! Parking is down the street but it’s less than a 5 minute walk, the location of the hotel is perfect tons of shopping and good food places near by!

Very clean room polite staff
-
The staff day of arrival was not helpful or friendly there were no amenities and the bathroom set up was awkward. The bed was very low on the ground. The smell after cleaning smelt like aftershave.

Loved the location! In the heart of everything. Staff were also amazing. My only critique would be the a/c. It was practically nonexistent in my room and it was a very hot weekend. Definitely would recommend though!

Nice room great location and the staff were super friendly 👌

Very thin walls able to hear other patrons. However staff and location were great

Loved it all

Great location!!! It’s a small hotel and the check in counter is connected to the bar. This isn’t a fancy place but it’s clean, our room was large with a nice bathroom, and it’s in a perfect location for exploring the city.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel made it ideal for the Magnificent Mile and the bus service. Will definitely stay here again

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing that would have made the stay better is they had an option for brighter lights which were needed while doing hair and make up in the bathroom.
-
The Ivy rooms were so spacious, with a place to sit and watch TV and plan the day's activities. The location was great, very close to the Michigan Avenue shopping area, the river and many bars and restaurants.
-
We enjoyed our two nights at the Ivy Boutique Hotel! The staff members were very friendly and provided excellent service. Great location, lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Great Location. Nice size rooms. Only thing locked us out of room at 11:04. because checkout was at 11am. We were just going to get our bags. Then called to tell us about check ot again. Never had that happen in allmy travels.

The room was beautiful and spacious! The staff was ok one of the staff members on the late night crew was eating at the table and when we were trying to purchase snacks he seemed to have gotten an attitude like why are you taking a lunch break at the lobby. Also my friend bought some chips and got all the way upstairs and realize someone open it and ate half of it! That’s just gross!

Happy to stay

The hotel was nice and in a great area. However the main issue was the rooftop was not available for our entire stay. There were signs that it was closed for a private event, but nothing was going on. Also, no ice machines on any floor. So any time ice was needed we had to go downstairs to the lobby to ask or wait for someone to come to the front desk. Most times there was only 1 person available at the front desk.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Perfect location to explore Chicago

No ice machine on any floors, no water fountain. No steamer but they have a decent iron. Bathrooms are reeeeaaalllllyyy nice but the tub might be tough to get into if you’re short. The tub is awesome tho and the shower is even better once you get ahold of the controls (they leave a perfect note card hanging on the shower dial, you’ll be fine). The furniture and the bed are highlights. I found it all very comfy. Very nappable if you’re into that sorta thing.

Lovely lady in reception who was friendly, and kind, helping with bags both when we arrived early and wanted to keep bags after check out. The room was MASSIVE and super comfy to relax in after a day out in the city. Toiletries could be better but bed, shower, couch all were great for our stay. Would recommend it if you want a good location with space
