It is a nicely designed hotel and in a convenient location. That staff was friendly and helpful. The shade in my room was ripped and broken. But otherwise, the room was great.

All I got to say about this place that I liked was the coffee and location, other than that I will never stay at another Aloft just because of my experience at this one. Terrible staff, and loud as ever in the rooms. Terrible pillows. 0 soundproofing.

I like that a card key is needed to access a particular floor. I love the location and walk ability. I especially love that unlimited bottle waters are provided. I kept having issues with my air turning off which made the room hot. Also, this is a small thing, but there are not racks to put soap and things on in the shower.

The only reason we stayed is because all of the other hotels in the downtown area were booked. I would NEVER stay at this hotel ever again. The phone in the room was broke and an engineer came to the room while I was getting dressed to fix it, Instead of waiting he decided "his" time was the time to fix it. Hotels are entirely too expensive to be having these type of issues. I was so very sad for my daughter's birthday stay:(

The location was the only thing good about the property! I chose this hotel because I saw so many good reviews on TikTok about it and thought it would be a good idea to stay, but boy was wrong. The cost of that tiny room is ridiculous! I paid extra for “free breakfast” when I booked this trip and NO continental breakfast was provided! The service should NOT be offered and I should NOT have paid extra for something you knew I wasn’t going to receive in the first place! And the fact that I had to pay an additional $100 for an “upgrade” to a room with a view? And because I didn’t want to take advantage of their “upgrade” I got the corner room on the 3rd floor with a view of the rats in the alley! I’ll chose different for the next trip!

Great location and nicely decorated rooms with a nice bar. No restaurant was not a problem but better coffee in the lobby would be appreciated.

The entertainment was nice. Bar, pool table music and seating area The room looked like it was under construction
