Cool, Clean, bar was awesome

The room was spotless, spacious, and well laid out. There was plenty of room for multiple suitcases, so we never felt cramped or found ourselves tripping over each other's luggage. The lobby amenities were a nice bonus, and the gym was clean and well maintained. It had all the essential equipment you could need, including treadmills, exercise bikes, free weights, and a cable machine. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, clean and comfortable rooms, and great facilities.

Great place. Location was near some tasty food and a great yoga studio. Staff was friendly just not helpful with getting a taxi for us we were late to our venue because of uber canceling on us several times went to the desk to get help. They sent a message and that also canceled. Ended up having to flag my own taxi.

Convenient location

Hotel charged me a SECOND time after having paid through hotels.com. And there’s no way to get in touch with accounting besides email, is what I was told today 7/27. Ridiculous. Messing with my money like this. All the doors slam shut despite having hydraulics on them. If it isn’t your own room waking you up, it’s every single neighbor’s door. Not sure if it’s elevator noises or what, but there was LOUD banging and loud noise throughout the entire stay, all hours of the day. The 2 men at the front desk Friday evening 7/24 and Sunday morning 7/26 have no customer service skills, speak in monotone, too quiet to hear in the loud lobby, and get an attitude if you say “what was that? I can’t hear you.” They do not bring luggage carts up to you. A woman, perhaps a manager, said they normally don’t, but they would call me when a cart arrives or bring one up, then never called me as I was waiting back in my room for over an hour. There’s no independent parking lot. Valet is $65 a night! The whole front of the building/street is a total cluster every day, every hour.

Our Grandkids wanted to stay here for the robot, which is no longer there. When we asked about this, a staff member said, “That happened a year ago. Where have you been?” I found that rude. The pool water was cold. There was little water pressure in the shower. The location was good and the price was about average. We enjoyed the exercise room.

Unique property, great location. Would stay here again.

This is the worst place to stay, and cut my trip short due to the experience.

Hotel is modern, easy to find and right in the middle of all the Chicago action. I'll be staying here again in the future for sure.

I loved the property overall. Great location with amazing views! I really dislike the parking process. I feel the hotel need to get a parking structure for us customers. Parking is very terrible and prices are more high.

Room was very cleaned and staff was very friendly and willing to help at any moment and time.

The staff was friendly, and the location was excellent for getting around the city. We also appreciated having a refrigerator in the room, and the on-site market was convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness did not meet our expectations. The exposed concrete ceiling had several questionable stains or marks that made the room feel less clean. Housekeeping services are provided every other day, although you can request additional service if needed. I always travel with a cleaning kit and wipe down the room for my own peace of mind, but this was one of the few times where it truly felt necessary. Even my partner and daughter commented that they were glad I had cleaned the room. The pool itself was small, and the pool area was extremely humid. It was fine for what we needed, but it wasn't a highlight of the stay. Other than the pool and the market, we didn't use any of the hotel's other amenities, so I can't comment on those. Overall, the staff and location were definite positives, but the cleanliness fell short for us. While the hotel met our basic needs for this trip, I don't think we'll choose to stay here again.
