Amazing ! Group of 12 staying for 2 nights with kids. great location , clean room, friendly staff assisted to rearrange all 4 rooms on same floor. Nice pool with comfy lounge chair. We do self park about 3 mins walk away. Valet park charge $65 per night , not too bad compared to nearby hotel charge $90/night

Location. Terrible HVAC system. It was either freezing cold or boiling hot. There was no in between. Also, there were not enough outlets in the room to recharge necessary devices. Overall, not impressed.

Fantastic location. One block from Michigan Avenue. Rooms were spacious and clean. Indoor pool was very nice. Rooms have a mini fridge. Breakfast in the lobby is fast because they only offer a few menu items. Food of all kinds can be found within walking distance. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it.

The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the black-on-black decor may get you to trip on the black (inside-out) garbage bin which is against the black wall (haha), or you just don't see it under the black shelf on the black floor!! This hotel is well located and the fact that, the front door opens on the alley side, it allows easy and comfortable pick up and drop off. Definitely appreciated

I still don’t see how the hotel failed to see my niece, named in reservation preventing her from immediately entering her room. She had ID, etc.

Great location, easy to walk to all the area attractions. Had a corner room and enjoyed the view from the room.

Overall it was solid. Arrived, and the king room I reserved “was given away”, due to the busy weekend. Disheartening, but not much accommodation for my inconvenience!

Staff were nice and helpful. Great central location. Close to shopping and restaurants.

My experience with Aloft was horrible. There was very bad weather where I live and flooding. There was no way me and my family was going to make our trip. Tried numerous time to get ion touch but was received on deaf ears. I go through Hotels to book my rooms and they even couldn't get in touch with them. Its OK. i will definitely never book with their hotel again.
