The property was decent. We requested towels by text in the morning, left for the day, came back and still didn’t receive any towels. Bathroom was in bad shape. For the money we spent, we didn’t expect black marks appearing in the crevices of the tub. Looked pretty gross, but what can you do but pray you don’t get a foot fungus. They need to do a better job at making sure the room is clean.

The staff were lovely and it’s a great spot to explore the city.

Great location, kids loved the outdoor pool and game area with bags, billiards and foos ball. Really nice outdoor area to relax.

Our stay at the DoubleTree was good but there were things that could have been better. The staff was great, and they let us check out late which I appreciated. The room was a fine size, but there was food left in the fridge from previous guests and the bathroom door would not shut. The bottle of conditioner in the shower was empty, although Melissa from housekeeping was wonderful and filled it right away when we mentioned it. We had a king corner room that had a nice view of the surrounding area. We did hear sirens starting around 7-8am daily, but you kind of expect that staying in downtown Chicago. The location is great and very walkable to Michigan Avenue, lots of restaurants and shops.

Rooftop pool was great, great location, easy walk to just about anything.

My husband & I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago - Magnificent Mile. It is a great hotel. Walking distance to the Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue, the Riverwalk. We enjoyed using the pool as well. We will definitely stay there again!

I loved the location of this hotel. So many stores and restaurants were walkable distance. Staff were nice and helpful as well.

Our room was clean and so was the hotel. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. I did call down for extra towels and had to call back after they had not arrived 45 minutes later, but I’m sure they were just busy and they did bring them after the reminder.

Hotel was beautiful, very clean, staff was amazing , and the pool was clean fun to be in !!!!!!!!!
