Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile

Loved that the pool was super heated clean and amazing... This hotel is right in the center of all Chicago tourist attractions and Riverwalk is steps away... Excellent location and the breakfast buffet especially the made to order omelette chef was great too!

Breakfast was good. Although the lines were long. No receptionist on the ground floor to inform you that check in was upstairs.

The hotel was clean and had plenty of room for us. The best part is the location though. It’s in a great spot. Plenty of good food all around and a ton of things in walking distance. The view out the window wasn’t half bad either, which was a nice surprise.

Except for the gym, the property was top-notch , great position , great breakfast plus daily vouchers and also drinks included in the reservation ! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, again a little shame for the gym. The gym is very basic, that’s what stopped me to give a 9 or a 10, a machine for some exercise or pull ups would make an hell of a difference

Loved the stay! View was beautiful! Kids loved the breakfast. 2 drink vouchers was great for a long day of traveling. I’ll stay again

door with smells of carpeting, cleaning agents etc, was a huge wide open atrium that created a wide open feel and freshness. Suites were clean( bathtub a bit dated but posed no problem), spacious with most welcome refrigerator, microwave, and coffee service. Parking was connected by elevator, indoor and secure. Easy in and out with gate triggered by automatic ID of your license plate. No fumbling with tickets, qr codes etc. Upon exiting, tried to stop at desk to review charges. Three agents tried to look busy when they weren’t. Finally walked away without the needed bill review. Except for this disappointment, were so happy with our stay that will choose ES on each and every visit to Chicago; and would encourage friends to do the same. Best features: location, hotel design, clean nicely equipped suites, great AM meals. and secure underground self parking with effortless in-and- out.

Location Facilities and conditions The bathroom was clogged during our entire stay. It was clogged when we checked in. They unclogged it only for it to clog at mid midnight. We had to wait 20 mins for someone to come try it unclog but were unable to unclog it and we had to not only deal with this inconvenience with 3 kids but also this whole thing kept us and the kids up till late. Stuff werenot helpful or empathetic at all. They kept saying same 3 things over and over again sorry for the inconvenience, we understand, let me see what we can do. It will be great to talk to at least some more empathetic stuff who actually cares.

The staff was excellent so helpful and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

Loved the view of our room,bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good while we were there for 3 days The parking arrangements and where to go could be made more clear It was very confusing to enter the parking and than unload our things from vehicle They only had one man helping others to get there things on a luggage cart and to room

The rooms are in need of updating. My bathroom had rust by the tub faucet, some peeling wallpaper. Overall a 4

Great location and awesome staff! Breakfast and happy hour were pleasant surprises for our family. Enjoyed the amenities - simple but worked well for a short 4-day trip for our family with kids.

The location of the hotel is ideal and is within walking distance of retail stores on the magnificent mile, river boat tours, parks, and museums. The free full breakfast was superb with a cooking station where guests can customize omelets. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a top notch hotel!

Nice room, comfortable bed, courteous staff. The breakfast was not good at all. The scrambled eggs were inedible and other foods not much better.
