Everything was great! The room was large, clean and comfortable. A very nice view of the city and the lake was a plus! Two of the elevators were out of order.

Our room was pretty outdated. The carpet definitely needs to be reinstalled. The bathtub was gross, but the view is beautiful. Parking was right there. The breakfast in the morning was nice. Could just use some sprucing up.

I have stayed here before and had great experiences. This time not so great. Lobby and restroom near lobby were very dirty. Walked in the bathroom and all the toilets were filthy, had to use the 1 elevator that was working to go back to my room to use bathroom. Our room was nice, but probably won't be back.

We recently stayed here and while the main parts of the hotel were nice and updated, the room itself was a bit disappointing... the couch cushions slid all over when seated on the couch, there were stains on the bathtub (it was clean but looked very dingy), stains on the toilet, and very visible water/humidity damage in the bathroom and other areas. It seems like the vent for removing humidity basically didn't work. The pillows were quite small for a king size bed, although they were comfortable. The continental breakfast was a bit disappointing, and I also did NOT enjoy paying an additional $25 a day "destination charge" for services I did not use and could not opt out of - I did not need dry cleaning or room service. I do not believe I would stay here again as it did not meet my expectations for the costs I paid. Also, the check in process took FOREVER. We waited in line for way too long - there were only two people working, but it seemed like it took extra long to process each person.

The facilities Cost and lack of help from staff , ordered room service , took over an hour , cancelled , still got charged and still trying to get the money back

They say laundry included but no response to questions and no receipt of stay being given despite requests WITHOUT UNEXPLAINED charge of $180. In several attempts to reach accounting absolute zero success and VM says it’s closed without giving office hours or email. Zero worth the money.Dont recommend

The lobby and inside was pretty. Plenty of food for the buffet. The restaurant attached to it was also tasty. The location was the best part of it all. I had to take 3 elevators to get to my room. It was like the carnival cruise of hotels. It was absolute chaos during the buffets. Also the hotel room would not get below 75 degrees and was difficult to sleep well.
