Breakfast was great. Perfect location and family friendly.

Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious, and the room was perfect—large and spacious, with a very nice view.

Overall our stay was fine. The rooms were clean. When I texted the staff the answered quickly. Unfortunately 2 of the 4 elevators were "getting repaired" during our 5-day trip, but I never saw anyone working on them. Those things happen, but some sort of compensation would have been nice as it took forever to get an elevator. We did use the stairs often, but 15th floor is no joke.

Very family friendly. Rooms a bit worn. Elevator very slow due to 1 elevator broken. At times 5 minutes plus to wait for elevator.

The room was clean. My problem was the bathroom. There were rust spots on the bathtub and frayed towels. The mirror looked like it was melting from the inside.That is inconceivable at a 4 star hotel. The room coffee cup lids were the wrong size for the cups provided. The staff were nice just not enough of them. The bar and breakfast buffet both had long lines. The made too order breakfast had people skipping the line and only 2 people manning it. I could look past a lot of those problems if there was not a 15 min elevator wait every single time I wanted to use it. The stairs were the only option which is insane. At times there were over 20 people in line at the elevator and when it opened it was already full. I will never ever return.

Breakfast is excellent, location is great. Complimentary drinks in the evening is the best part. The entire vibe of the hotel is good. Next to hotel there is Whole Foods, AMC, Walgreens, Target. Nice walking path to Michigan Ave.

Very accommodating for our big family. The children had a wonderful time and because of the location, we hardly had to leave far from our suite. The breakfast was delicious too. Would stay again.

The place looks like a prison because the colors are like taupe throughout the whole building and the way it structured it just looks like prison. Not that I’ve been in a prison, but I can imagine. The rooms are large and nice, but the phone service did not work and when you use the microwave, make sure you unlock the door there’s a little picture of a lock on the microwave so you can unlock the door to get your food out. the bedding was good comfortable. You get credit when you get there because they’re gonna charge you anyway some fees for Chicago and you can use those credits towards a drink in the evening. Basic drinks nothing you know good but it’ll get you bye and you can also use it at the café. They have breakfast. It’s the same every day, but it was enough to get you started on your day. The elevator they only have one elevator and they say that the other one is temporarily not working, but it has been working for years. Well, there’s a lot of wait time for elevator. Also, maintenance was working on the room next to us banging on the pipes at about 7:30 in the morning. And the way that the building is structured all you can hear is every echo of everybody down on the bottom floor in the lobby and eating area. So if you’re just looking for comfort to sleep, it’s great if you’re looking for aesthetics and other comforts and average.

Our family used 2 rooms. Both rooms needed updated bathrooms. There was rust around the bathtub faucets and the silver in the mirrors was significantly peeling. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working but we did receive advance notices about that. The buffet breakfast is very nice. The property was clean.

Clean rooms, Nice sitting area with breakfast options. Overall its a great experience.
