The Loews Hotel is great. The location was excellent, conveniently located to the Magnificent Mile. The hotel is very clean. Room was very comfortable. Staff were quite helpful and polite. I really had no complaints.

The hotel has an amazing view with panoramic windows. Location is very good - in the center. Beds are comfortable. No breakfast is included.

The view Did not like that the pool was closed when booked different dates was on pool closure did not know it changed. Was unsure about breakfast said included but did not say if it was for only 1 time or ever-day during your stay. Messaged but no response .air conditioning was shit off when out of room returned to hot room.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I visit downtown Chicago (a few times a year). This time we brought our dog since the hotel is pet friendly. It was a good experience and they even gave us a dog goodie bag for our stay. The location is also convenient for downtown.
