Swissotel - Chicago

We love staying at the Swissotel. Its central to everything. The riverfront is right there and very close to all restaurants. Our room super clean, and equipped with all main essentials. The restaurant Amuse is good and offers some good bites. The whole staff from the front desk, the bar to the cleaning people and to the valet men, are so nice. We always stay here and will come again. Thanks for a wonderful stay. 😊

For us it was an additional 35 dollars a night for what they called urban experience fee. One day we returned to our hotel and our room had not been attended to.

LOCATION! Very centrally located and easy walks to many wonderful things nearby OR a quick, inexpensive Uber ride. Riverfront property was GREAT viewing and Birds Eye view from our room of Navy Pier. Staff were very professional and helpful. Beautiful property and 1/2 the price of the "Hy..t" next door!! Highly recommend Swissotel!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was really nice. The rooms are spacious. Had a great view. Valet people were very friendly. The hotel is in a great location for walking to restaurants, shopping and site seeing. We have stayed here before and would stay again.

Arrived to check into my lake view room to watch the 4th of July show at Navy Pier. Tuned out they grossly overbooked the rooms and several of us were place in inferior rooms with no view. I flew from Florida to spend this time with my mom so needless to say, disappointed. Management just said the oversell rooms and that is that, and they will give me the difference in cost between the rooms. Would not recommend Swissotel.

We loved it from the minute we walked in. When we checked in they were so nice they upgraded us to an executive suite which was awesome. It had so much room for me, my husband and 2 teenage boys. I would definitely be staying their again.
