Everything was great. The room with patio and the outdoor pool were game changers for my hotel needs. Excellent! N/A

Excellent everything and all staff

Really enjoyed my short stay at the Radisson Blue. Stayed there for 2 nights and I'm already missing the view and how at home I felt. Really enjoyed my balcony and the view especially. I was always out there and admiring the buildings and the sounds of the city. I hope to stay there, again, when I am back in Chicago!

Other than that, everything else was nice! Staff was very helpful.

Spotlessly clean rooms and hotel facilities. Great happy hour libations and breakfast. Extremely accommodating and responsive staff. Bravo Radisson Blu Aqua Chicago

this has been our favorite hotel for years, but since Choice took it over, it’s gone downhill. it seems worse every time we come back. we come to chicago frequently, but we think it’s time to find a new place to stay. front desk barely spoke to us or showed any hospitality at check-in. we requested a high floor away from elevators for less noise and received a room on the lowest floor available which is directly above the pool and public spaces and literally right next to the elevator and the housekeeping room, it was SO noisy at all hours. the glass on the balcony door was so dirty we could barely see out. the shower was covered in long black hairs when we checked in and was partially broken--only one sprayer head was functional. the hot tub was broken, again--the third time we’ve been here this year. the bartender at fire lake was so unbelievably crabby. we ordered a beverage listed on the menu and she got upset at us because they “don’t make that anymore”. ok, fine, but how would we know that if it was on the menu? and never a reason to be rude. the lobby bathroom was so messy and dirty from a dance competition happening, no one was monitoring it or cleaning up. the tv in the room didn’t work. and the hotel shut all water off for hours at one point during our stay, which meant no showering or using the bathroom.

Pricey but worth it. Very clean and neat

The architecture of the building was nice. I liked that you had to have a key to access your floor. The staff were nice and accomodating. Easy check in and check out process. The views from the balcony were AMAZING. Plumbing issues. The sink often clogged and the handles in and around the tub were leaking water. I contacted the front office who were nice and reported it be fixed; however, they just unclogged the sink and left the residue and didn't clean it and it reverted to clogging again. The amenity area by the pool was a complete MESS. Trash and debris everywhere and a man was sleeping inside.

First night they didn’t have the room I had made a reservation for & last night i was there the water completely stopped working. I couldn’t take a shower before my flight

Amazing building! Gorgeous outdoor garden and pool area. Facility public areas were not well cared for; dirty carpets, stains on chairs.
-
room was nice size. the guy diredtikng traffic at the entrance was helpful Swimming pool was not actually on the main rooftop but on the roof of an annex, changhe your advert. Also we didn't bpother going to the pool as it was packed with some disco djh party and the noise up in our room from it was shocking. The car park was very confusing to find ones way around. the elevators were dirty. there was no control of the queue at check in and people just forged their own way in ahead of others.

Room was okay. Didn't meet my high floor request. Requested high floor. Got the lower floors. Amenities weren't working (hot tub).
