Staff was terrific in all departments. I work hospitality and really pay attention to that. Perfection location if you want to explore Chicago downtown. Walk, Bus, Trains in walking distance I am 66 and still could get where needed with little effort.
-
My only complaint is deceptive $30 per day "destination fee". They say they give $25 dinner credit, but we all know it is a bite to get you to their dinner table. Because of that deceptive technic, I didnt take dinner even a single day out of four nights stay there. Otherwise I would have tried atleast one dinner at their beutiful dining space.

Bathroom needed a little more attention. Baseboards were dirty. Dry meat at restaurant expected more from a Hyatt hotel. Overall good experience. Great location and friendly, helpful staff.
-
Clean high floor room with a city/lake view helpful staff and housekeeping. I will stay here again in the future.

The hotel's American Craft restaurant on the bottom floor is excellent, good food and an terrific staff including the hostess Tamika who was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I were so impressed with the room. It was beautiful clean and actually looked new! The mattress was the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a very long time! We would love to come back!

Centrally located neighborhood , easy access to the river , lake shore and downtown Chicago .
-
The room looked like was not cleaned very well focusing on the floor and the throw rugs on the floors. There should be more microwaves available on the 2nd floor. Or maybe putting microwaves on each floor where the ice machines are located for better access and time spent to warm food.
