Hyatt Regency Chicago

The folks that work here are amazing

Wonderful, clean, well maintained and in a great location.

This is the cleanest, friendliest, most professional hotel in this part of Chicago. I came here after finding signs of bedbugs and a lot of dirt at another hotel and decided I could not stay there - this was my vacation and it was off to a poor start. Thank goodness for Hyatt. Seriously, why in the world I ever thought going anywhere but this hotel was a good idea is beyond me. I stayed here in the past and this hotel was wonderful then and it was wonderful now. Hyatt saved my vacation.

It was amazing . Very clean and comfy

I will say the lady at the cashier counter for the breakfast buffet was very nice and quite helpful and also the cleaning staff who provided us with fresh towels and shower caps. They don't have room service either and my husband loves to order room service, I'm sure it was available the first time we stayed here.

This hotel was so beautiful and right smack in the middle of downtown Chicago! We walked everywhere and if something was a little further away we took the train! The hotel staff was very friendly and the restaurants had great food!

I think the staff just needs to be assertive and have the initiave to ask what the customer what or needs.

loved everything about the hotel, waitstaff, and cleanliness.... my only problem was no microwave in the room, so when I wanted to warm up some leftovers I had to get dress and travel all the way down to the lobby and use the one microwave! :(

We were in Chicago for a girls trip and we were very happy with our stay at the Hyatt. Everything was immaculately kept, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great for all things Chicago. Our biggest surprise was how spacious the junior suite was. We had plenty of room for 4 large suitcases and still room to move around the room without felling crowded.

There was room malfunctions that were handled by the Hyatt staff. Although it took a long time, it was resolved internally. Shout out to Charly! He was able to finally get the issues resolved in a timely manner.
