Tv did not work due to the weather and parking was $75 a night. Parking garage was small and tight hard to park with a larger vehicle. No service in the area and they want to charge $15 a night to use their WiFi. Felt the hotel just was about money.

I recommend this property. Very nice….. Very clean and updated. Centrally located. The only draw back was the restaurant and bar. You are better going off the property. Drinks at the bar are expensive. I was charged $23 for a regular vodka and tonic. You can buy a bottle for that price and I don’t care that I was on vacation. Also, my son and I got sucked into breakfast, where he had a plate and I had a omelette only for $76.00!!!! I love the Marriott but that’s not right.

Room was clean and everything was excellent, but the beds were a little too small for my liking! Everything else was excellent

Price for room was fine. I didn’t like how expensive parking was considering it. I was staying at the hotel. I didn’t like that I had to pay resort fee got $15 back from the resort fee, but I had to use it that day a bottle of water cost $15. What kind of stipend is that so parking and the resort fee are my negatives the view the location five star and I think that they were using That to get extra fees in my opinion.

Las camas muy cómodas para descansar ☺️ el lobby es genial. Esperaba algo más del cuarto por ser un Sheraton, muy simple! Tampoco me gustó que no había suficiente estacionamiento para los huéspedes 😞

Hotel was beautiful and great customer service.

OUTDATED. The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are old and worn down. I had the executive suite and it didnt even habe robes, slippers, or extra blankets. The furniture is old and theres moldy spots, exposed wires, and carpet doesnt help. The phone was also broke, had to go down to the lobby to get help and they never fixed the phone after I told them. The bag room man was yelling at the bell hop and was in a bad mood always, just not a nice guy it seems. We asked for water to be brought up and they were not. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot which is a plus. They clearly do not inspect the rooms or care if they look bad or have issues. I would recommend spending extra money and going somewhere a little nicer and more modern. Pics show the stains, and worn down nature that a classy hotel would take care of. Tv spots thrown in just to show how obvious details are skipped over by the staff.

Nice hotel and convenient location to so many places.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and addressed our request to be in a room near our son.

Fast elevators and good location.

Now,I am angry so I go to the front desk. I was told that the black chairs are for the restaurant. I said ALL the chairs are black and nobody is telling me a Sheraton guest can't sit outside!Sheraton has a serious problem with how to mange the seating outside. Still Plenty of seating available

I did not realize that Internet was not included. I was charged $50 a day for Internet and discounts on food- none of which I used. I had prepaid for the room then still ended up being charged $150 for that and then more money for other fees. There is not a microwave in the room but one in the hallway?!?! I just felt like for what should be a nice hotel, it lacked basic amenities you get at cheaper hotels. I would probably choose a different hotel in the same area next time.

The pool is a little cold and a little hard to get to. The lobby areas around the elevator on the floors had a bit of damage that would be easy to fix (base board coverings peeling off in areas no one gets near) that would make it look nicer. Oats that were spilled in the middle of the hall (not by us) on the first day were still there on day three. Not saying the place was dirty, but the standards were only so so. It is still a nice hotel, the rooms were clean, the location is great. The room service options are expensive and meh.

Amazing location.

The location is great, hotel needs to be updated. In We had a big concern, there were mutiple dried blood stains and other stains on all of the sheets inboth beds. I personally asked housekeeping for all new, clean sheets and linens and it was never done, very disappointing and not acceptable.
