Best part was the gold lounge. Worth it & saved on meals & drinks. My only complain was wine should have been covered. It’s not that expensive to provide the lower end wines.

We got turned around ands stick close to our hotel ands couldn’t find the parking garage. I called the hotel and that sweet young lady was so patient and talked us right up to the door. All of the staff was very nice. The room has plenty of stretch room and bathrooms clean. Only complaint is the cost of everything but like Chicagoans say, that’s Chicago, expensive. Other than that, we loved our short stay.

We were only in town for about 18 hours. Staff was helpful from the time we booked (I had a question about renting a car locally on a holiday weekend and the concierge helped me with reservations) until they got us a cab when we checked out. Great location, offered a room with a view, helped out with suggestions of what to see in our limited time. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful view. very nice room. very close to meeting venue Having the fridge full of items to purchase. No room in fridge to put my own water. Ice machine on my floor also did not work.

When we checked out it was 11am, and there seemed to be a long line but only one staff was helping. My husband went to the concierge to ask about luggage storage, it should be easy to let him know that luggage desk is at the other side of the lobby, but the staff was on the phone for 10 min and he had to wait there for 10 min. All of these could be solved by more effective management.
