I would stay here again! It’s within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and sights (definitely do the riverwalk and the architecture boat tour). I could hear all the traffic from the street, but that’s to be expected when being in the middle of a large city. I had a fun time in Chicago!

Awful, won’t stay again, way overpriced, staff was rude, tv didn’t work, nothing worked.. all we received was a $30 credit . Many other places to stay that are better

On a positive note, the location was nice. The gym was excellent, and the food on property was very good. I just won't be back because of the noise and the elevator issues.

As is all of Chicago. Trying to sell in room soap products for exorbitant prices tachy as hell. Rooftop lounge had sadly very short hours and limited open days. Seems a shame to waste such an opportunity.

Mediocre all around and for the price point not worth it. Great location. But nothing else compelling. Food was only ok. Service was only ok. Nothing memorable. Will seek somewhere else next time.

The Pendry was absolutely beautiful! The bar, restaurant and cafe on site were amazing and delicious! Also the accessibility to all the attractions we planned to go to was amazing! We were able to walk almost everywhere and the metro was one block away making our trip amazing! We will definitely stay here again! Staff was amazing and friendly especially the doormen!! Loved loved loved!!

Unbelievable staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. The location was ideal for the Riverwalk and Lake Michigan with all their nice restaurants.

Anniversary memorable as she upgraded our room to a suite and sent a bottle of Prosecco and box of chocolates to our room plus a voucher for oysters at the restaurant. Kudos to her for being so kind and thoughtful. Thank you so much!!
