We had a great stay. Check in was easy and fast. We used the early luggage hold, which is the best amenity. The breakfast was excellent and all areas were clean and peaceful. The location is also one of the best features.

I was put in one of the historic rooms. It was very roomy. What I didn't like are just my personal preferences. I prefer firmer pillows and stronger water pressure in the shower.

Perfect location- right in the middle of the Loop. The building is beautifully restored. Staff was great and breakfast was delicious.

Horrible experience , room was very dirty you can tell carpet was never vacuumed . We had a late check in the person in the front didn’t want to be there. Service was horrible and place was disgusted. Check out was the only thing good along with a good team .i wouldn’t recommend this place unless customer service and cleanliness are not your top priorities.
