Cleanliness’s, location close to everything I needed. Staff were so helpful and kind and willing to help at anytime. Not enough elevators working just the one.

Clean, safe property, fantastic location. It took nearly an hour to retrieve our vehicle from valet parking after checkout despite being told to allow 10 minutes. This greatly impacted our plans after checkout. Hotel itself was great.

The location of the hotel is great. Theaters, restaurants, bars, and the river walk all in walking distance. Breakfast was very good. The room was located right by the elevator, which was nice. The heater/ac unit in our room made a screeching sound all night and we couldn't sleep. Even with the earplugs that were provided to us. It took a very long time to get our car back from the valet.

Rooms were quiet. Got a good night sleep.

Location Elevator was terrible only one of the 3 worked the whole stay. It had to go all the way up to come back down so it was always full! Room very small especially for price.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations and had a wide variety to fuel up! Noise from outside.

No AC for two nights, staff very rude and insensitive try to act like nothing was their fault blaming everything on the area that the hotel is placed at.

The area The room, I paid 1400 for a little room. No privacy you can hear everything going on in the hallway. One elevator, they charge you 71 dollars a night for valet parking. The toilet was broken, had to change rooms and that room was not better either. Very disappointed, the staff where really nice.

The hotel is very well located (very close to the Riverwalk and downtown) and quiet. It's in a great location for exploring the main tourist attractions on foot. The three rooms we booked were spacious and well-equipped. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Nothing to report

Excellent customer service Nothing

Unfortunatley the one of the lifts broke down so there was only one working for guests to use, at times there were long waiting times. Be aware that this hotel is by a busy road and the noise (even on the 13th floor) was loud!!! We were there 4 nights and hardly slept as we are not used to it. Special mention to Elizabeth who checked us in, so friendly and helpful. Hotel was just around the corner from the big bus tour stop and the river walk.
