Location Breakfast was not an option, unless you ate in the restaurant

Location was great and easy to walk to various tourist spots No breakfast included, but there is a restaurant in the hotel

We had the wheelchair accessible room and it was very big which was a plus! Great restaurant downstairs, which serves Korean or American style breakfasts! Yum

Most comfortable hotel room I have ever been in.

The rooms were nice and clean. I opted for a river view which I didn't realize has a pretty large sitting area like the size of a couch and sitting right at the window, so that's an added bonus. My only complaint is that I arrived around 3:30 but my room wasn't ready until a little after 4. That may not be much, but when you see others arrive later than you and getting rooms immediately, it can be frustrating. It would be nice to keep me informed rather than making me come up and ask because, after seeing several parties arrive and getting their room right away, it just makes me wonder if my room is being given away because I was being too nice. I didn't try any of their amenities but, overall, the location was great, so I'd definitely recommend it.

Best hotel I’ve stay at in the past few years. Bit of a walk to the center of the city.

Location was great but our view was of a parking structure. Hotel was also underwhelming, with limited amenities. Rooms were clean and decent size.

It’s a hotel over my expectations way too much. Unforgettable atmosphere/ experience in this hotel. Strongly recommend!!!

The window seats were a really nice touch. I like the high ceiling rooms, and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Views were a bit limited in comparison to nearby hotels, but ambience, in-house restaurant, amenities, and the overall general care for their guests made up for it. For instance, they were good about baggage storage, and they didn’t mind if I stayed in the lobby for charge my phone after checkout. I felt they sincerely care about their guest.

outstanding customer service the front desk. Staff was very kind and friendly to let me know where the popular places to eat within walking distance of the hotel marvelous experience.

The hotel staff was very attentive to our needs. Alex at reception provided a smooth check in despite the delay in getting our room.

There was no breakfast. But other than that it was great.

This is an outstanding hotel.

Spacious room and excellent location. The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly. House keeping did an excellent jobs.
