Convenient to the Riverwalk, helpful staff. Comfortable and very clean room!

The ambiance was beautiful.. very artsy and unique interior throughout and the room amenities were so nice here. I loved it, I will be back!

I like the hotel, its location.. everything is good

Rooms were clean and tidy. Grateful for the staff that were able to check my bags until my room was available. I really appreciated the air purifier that was included in the room, especially due to the Canadian wildfire smoke that had drifted into the city the weekend I stayed.

Antonio the Bell Hop was that and more! He was so friendly and helpful - made checking in a breeze!

Great place to stay, Alex was a great host, friendly staff in general very informative. The location perfect distance from the River Walk, plenty of restaurants, and shops. Will recommend this hotel for anyone coming to stay near the Magnificent Mile.

Nice hotel and very happy with the stay. Area however on weekends is noisy at night. On the 5th floor that was an issue until 11pm or latter. May be better higher up.

The room was clean but there was no walk in shower which I missed. A little upset about that since the price is so high.

This is a gorgeous hotel that is only a few years old with a great lobby and very friendly staff. The rooms are well decorated and have fabulous views. This is great for families as they have huge modern family suites that are corner rooms with a sized double shower. The room has a yoga mat, coffee maker and a fridge. This hotel has an awesome location overlooking the river and Marina City. We spent 6 nights at the Drake and liked this much better. Will stay here from now on. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at L7. Antonio, Honey, Joanne, and the young lady take took my bags up to my room where delightful from check-in. I felt safe, the location is in the heart of everything you could want to explore and experience. Again, I would visit.

Then after checkout (I left he key card at the desk and did not have a live checkout) - today, there is a charge for $96.62 The original $100.00 was not removed; and I have no idea what the $96.62 charge is for. When I checked in I gave them my text number and email address, but have received nothing from them. I will follow up with them, and of course dispute the charges (which I have done very rarely).

Great staff and very clean in a prime location in Chicago. We loved our stay!
