The only issue is that they only had one working elevator. It caused an issue when people were checking out. Too many people trying leave at once with one elevator.

Love this hotel, especially for its environmental consciousness, and for decor. Cold water in the bathroom sink is filtered, safe for drinking, so there are no plastic bottles left. Also appreciate the Nelresso machine, electric kettle and fridge in the room. Staff are excellent, especially the concierge/bellman Antonio. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms clean.

Bedding was beyond amazing. There was a basket in the corner with a Yoga mat and weights. The place is spectacular. I never expected it for how great the price was.

Everything was exceptional. The room was massive and we had the river view. It was lovely. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Location was central and walking distance to everything.

Omg this hotel totally lived up to my expectations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a birthday which also happened to be the weekend of the 4th of July so downtown was very festive and busy. That said, have the river view room with the pillow top window was a great choice. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms and comfy beds. Only negative was 1 elevator was out of service.... Wait time wasn't bad but with only 2 elevators it can be an issue. Will stay here again
