Everything was great! The resort fee is worth paying for! The rooms were nice and clean! The staff was great and overall it was a great experience with good amenities and in the prefect location!

Staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel was clean. Towels smelled a little old tho..

We loved our stay at Sports Illustrated Resorts in Chicago. All of the staff were friendly and willing to assist with anything. We were able to get an early check in and could keep our bags at the hotel on our last day, which was all really helpful. The rooftop bar was a hit! Pretty awesome you can get free food and drinks included with your reservation, that sometimes you don’t even see at more mainstream hotels. Would recommend!

Convient location and great customer service. I have no complaints

Very nice hotel, clean and modern rooms. No food on site though so be aware of that. Also a lot of homeless just around the corner.

The hotel was nice and the room was mostly comfortable. However, there were some oddities that were missing including no towel bars and no refrigerator. Additionally, a planned "Tailgating Event" on Saturday prior to a White Sox game was to start at 10:00 a.m and go to 2:00 or until the food ran out. Before 11:00 am there were only a dozen strips of bacon and some bread.

Incredible experience!! We’ll certainly be back!

Location was pretty good though for the downtown loop area. There is some construction happening across the street below the EL track and in the street. Which limited traffic access and additional noise. In general though this isn’t a place I’d want to stay at again. Just because of the lack of amenities.

I came home with what appear to be bed bug bites all over my arm and back. This used to be a lovely hotel. No clue why Sports Illustrated is now involved, but they sure know how to take the soul of a hotel away. And also bed bugs.

Room was very nice and super clean. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful! open bar during happy hour was amazing!! Only suggestions would be to stock up more. Bar wasn't that busy and they kept running out. Also, I would keep the bar open past happy hour! such a great location. 7pm is not late enough!!

Perfect location, most helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast at the cafe!

Alana at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful upon check-in. She gave us tips on attractions and things to do. The later day did not seem as helpful.

Excellent location: a short walk from Millennium Park, where we enjoyed a fantastic free Monday night summer concert and literally just steps from the Chicago Theater. The staff we encountered at the hotel were also real stars, from friendly and unpretentious front desk folks to maintenance promptly addressing some minor issues we encountered ( a tepid shower temperature on the first day). Room was spotlessly clean. The free cocktails during the generous happy "hour" on the rooftop were excellent and a great start to the evening. We only stayed for 2 nights, so lack of daily housekeeping wasn't an issue for us. A bit of noise from the nearby L train but earplugs provided.

The SI Resort appears to be a fresh operation: the staff was fantastic and a really over-the-top happy hour that became a must-do. The rooms are very funky (?): odd layouts, original decorations, a bit retro. Quite pricey (but maybe not by Chicago standards). There are few amenities.
