This was our second time staying and we love it!! The staff is always helpful and nice, parking is convenient, and the location is great. Rooms are very clean. Will stay again

Clean room great staff

Staff were very professional and helpful. Room was very clean, absolutely loved the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. The view from 15 floors up was to die for. Used the self parking millennium garage which is less than a mile drive from the hotel. About a 10 minute walk depending on which exit you take from the garage. Overnight parking was about $25. Area is close to many great food spots and attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We only stayed one night, and it was a great stay in a perfect location to explore Chicago. We didn’t explore amenities or the try the restaurant, but the room was clean and comfortable with a view to Millenium Park. I would stay again.

Super easy check-in, free electrolyte water at the desk, nice bar onsite. Very clean and modern rooms, excellent beds.

Hotel staff said my room number out loud when other guests were present. Very unsafe.

I was able to get fully rested for the busy events of my visit that evening and next day. The room was perfect for my needs, king bed comfy, the welcome fortune cookies cute, the waters all very appreciated. The restaurant was busy but staff were very nice and hard working. Food was great, and the included breakfast was yummy! The location was perfect for Lollapalooza and i felt i really got great value for my stay!

Lovely hotel and nice room with a nice view

The walls need to be cleaned all around, stain on my sheet was replaced but staff tried to tell me it was something that I know it was not.

Very clean, friendly, and great location.

My stay here was wonderful. Staff was helpful getting us an ironing board, housekeeping did a great job everytime we came back to our room. Staff greeted us every time we entered and left the building and the location is great walking distance for everything Downtown Chicago has to offer. We will definitely be booking Arlo again.

Staff were great. Terrific location. Only issue was that the walls are thin and the noise level was not ideal. Our room had a connecting door with another and we could hear whole conversations, along with a crying baby.
