Great helpful staff. Good food at restaurant
-
Perfect location for musical productions at Millennium Park. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was great.

This place had a great location and was very clean. Their coffee from their restaurant was really good. The only real drawbacks were that the king room was very small and had no usable refrigerator for our drinks or restaurant leftovers. I did appreciate the discounted parking at the nearby garage for being a hotel guest. It was $40 per day compared to the normal rate of $65. Contact the Arlo front desk for details.

Overall it was a very good stay. The bed was too soft for me, but that’s just one person’s preference, I know. I wish the mattress had been firm.
-
No where to purchase snacks or drinks inside the hotel.

It was definitely nice but definitely a boutique hotel. Nothing special. Tiny rooms. Served its purpose. Definitely could hear lots of noises. Not soundproof at all.

Great hotel ! Super close to everything

The Arlo is a cool little hotel right near all the fun things in the Loop. We had a great room with a great view of Millennium Park, which was the best part by far! Not sure what their "resort fee" covers - there are no amenities & this is not a resort!! Just an excuse to charge extra $$. But if you have the money, this place is cute. Was very disappointed by the thin, scratchy towels. At another hotel costing about the same, we got the softest, fluffiest towels, but here? Cheap. I did love the verbena soap, shampoo & conditioner, & the shower was very nice. Wish I had a nice towel to dry off with!

The room was clean, the elevator was clean and the halls were clean. Very clean hotel overall. Will suggest this hotel to all mt friends.
-
I like that they had a little restaurant in the hotel and you get a discount for staying there.
-
The customer service was amazing, the staff were all so nice and helpful! The room was very clean and the location is so close to the main Chicago attractions! I definitely recommend And I will be returning!
-
definitely a recommendable hotel

Staff was great and I really enjoyed the vibe of the Property

Outstanding hotel and service... TERRIBLE PARKING SITUATION! You park offsite about a block away in a public garage. Arlo gives you a sticker to "validate" your parking. It says online $40 a day to stay, $55 for in and out privileges. I parked my car for 3 nights, expecting $120 and instead it was $195! The hotel itself is stunning, the best service, clean, high end coffee in the rooms, filtered water filling station in the gym, super clean. But the park was really frustrating.
-
Our room was far too noisy. If you plan on sleeping do NOT stay there. For the price I expected it to be much nicer. The room was clean but very small. Overall I would not stay there again

Great location

The breakfast was good, the location and the hotel it self were very good, but the staff was great. This hotel easily has some of the best customer service that I've seen.
-
Very clean and trendy hotel! Perfect for a girls weekend or couples getaway. Felt very safe, staff was helpful, and location couldn’t have been any better for seeing the sights of Chicago.
-
This is my go to Chicago hotel for business travel. It would be great for a fun trip as well. The location is ideal!
