Had a fantastic leisure stay here — comfortable rooms, a great location for exploring the city, and genuinely friendly, helpful staff. The amenities were a nice bonus too. Everything about the experience felt easy and well done. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Chicago!

The hotel was cute, aesthetic and wonderful smelling (hello Hotel Lobby scent) and the front desk staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. The king room we had was a tad small, but as expected given the location. Do note that the bathroom door is only a sliding ‘barn door’ style and does not entirely enclose it. The location was excellent, close to Millennium Park, the River, and right on the Miracle Mile. We personally had a good view, but did see that some of the other rooms looked directly (and very closely) to another building which limited the view and sunlight if that’s important to you. The only negative experience was the subpar housekeeping. One day our room was not cleaned at all despite us being out of the room all day and having asked the front desk in the morning on our way out to request that the bedding was changed. The other days our room was cleaned but not to the standard I’d expect - items we had on desk were not organized or set out nicely, and the bathroom counter was not wiped down at any point during the stay. It’s small details but I do enjoy coming back to my room and feeling like it’s more organized and tidied rather than just the bedding made and fresh towels set on the (dirty) bathroom counter.

Loved the stay, the location is close to a lot of tourist attractions right in Michigan Ave. The room was small but modern, clean and the tall windows were nice. Room service was quick and the on site restaurant was great for an afternoon cocktail. It was rainy the whole weekend and the room had an umbrella in it. Really nice staff

Rooms are very comfortable. Great staff, sweet hotel. Parking is a bit of a problem

Room was clean and bathroom had nice layout with plenty of countertop space, even a lower shelf, for all my stuff. Staff was accommodating, making sure we got purified water, extra espresso capsules; even emptied the alcohol from the minibar at our request. Everything done promptly and cheerfully.

Great place to stay! Location was wonderful, hotel clean and the breakfast with 15% off was really nice!

Amazing place to see the sights of Chicago. Literally right across from the Bean. The staff was phenomenal and the room was spotless. The bed quality was top notch, as was the room service. Only quibble was that the shower dial was a bit faulty and would not stay at the desired setting makin the water hotter than we wanted. Other than that our experience was excellent. Highly recommended!!

Staff were very helpful and nice.

Everyone was super friendly, kept very clean, and super convenient location. We could walk pretty much everywhere! We were never able to time our outings with housekeeping, so we only had service once out of the three nights we were there, but each time the hotel would message us to see if we needed anything, so that was really nice.

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice restaurant for breakfast. One of the best places I’ve stayed.

Good location. Friendly staff.
-
The location of the Arlo Chicago is super convenient and the hotel is quiet and comfy.
-
PERFECT location! So close to parking and everything we wanted to do and an easy bus ride up and down Michigan Ave. Only thing we missed was a normal in room coffee maker not a fancy espresso maker yick.

Great staff, location and hotel

All hotel staff were professional and pleasant. Special shout out to the bell hop, Antwone. He knows his city and was extremely helpful and kind. Give that man a raise!
-
The staff at the front desk provided amazing customer service. Rooms were nice and clean too.

The only thing that could have been better was the number of outlets by the beds to charge electronics. Nick at the front desk was very helpful & amazing!

Clean bedroom, well designed, accommodating staff, and good food in the restaurant. They Pride decor and accessories was fun to have to take to the parade. They reserved me in a room where it was not too high since I have anxiety in high buildings. Thanks again, Arlo.
