The only downside was the elevator! It took forever to get to the 15th floor- especially when the staff was cleaning and utilizing the elevators to get from floor to floor- other than that, loved it!

I love Expedia's travel packages. I had to attend a funeral and it was a big weight off of my shoulders not having to shop around for individual deals. I was happy that each stage of my trip was hassle free and that the staff of all the participants was friendly, professional, and valued me as a customer. Kudos to Expedia and it's participating partners.

It’s an excellent location the staff were great they answered all of my questions that I had . Very clean . I didn’t have any issues or problems during my stay. Overall I had a great experience staying there . I would highly recommend if you wanna stay downtown and close to the riverwalk that’s the perfect hotel to stay in. I would definitely go back

Perfect location, wonderful facilities. On the expensive side for us, but probably could have waited for a lower rate by booking closer to the date. Overall, the hotel is a great location for doing anything in downtown Chicago and we'd definitely would stay there again. Rooms were pricey, and I saw that rates had come down if I had waited longer, but we needed to ensure we had rooms for a special event in Chicago, and rates were competitive with other hotels at the time we booked.
