Perfect location by the Riverwalk

Great location -- just off of Michigan Ave and the riverwalk. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. You can easily walk to the Miracle Mile, the Bean, Art Institute, Sears/Willis, and other attractions. Chicago is noisy so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper and disturbed by noise. (Not the hotel's fault btw, just the location is busy). The staff were helpful and nice. We did not use the hotel restaurant (kind of small). Even though this hotel wasn't as trendy as some of the other hotels, it was a good deal for us. You get a microwave, fridge and Keurig in the room.

Did not appreciate that the hotel did not refund the deposit that was taken at check-in despite giving me an invoice at 0$ at check-out. Had to cancel the transaction directly from my credit card as the hotel was not willing to cooperate

The location was perfect. The mattresses need to be replaced as they were not very comfortable. Also, every time you turned it made loud noises. It was clean and most staff were friendly

First time visiting Chicago, and stayed at this property because it seemed like a good location and had positive reviews. Also, we have stayed at a few Hiltons in the past and they were decent. I have pretty high standards for cleanliness no matter how many stars a hotel has. This hotel and our room was immaculate. Nothing fancy, but smelled clean (not cover up air freshener clean, but actually clean). The bed and pillows were very comfy, and the shower was fabulous. A bit of noise coming from the street, but not a big deal. We were on the 7th floor. The room was nice and dark for sleeping. Overall, terrific stay, would highly recommend.

It’s a good hotel for the price. If your Downtown Chicago vacation is budget-restricted, staying here solves part of that problem.

I was able to check in early and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and larger than I expected with a microwave and fridge. I’d come back to this hotel again!

Check in & out, very easy. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was offered for a fee but we chose to eat at other nearby restaurants. Close to many tourist areas.
