I booked a premium king deluxe with a river view. The room was very spacious, booking a premium room I’d have liked to have been put higher in the building as there are over 35 floors and we were put on 12. The valet/bell doesn’t help you grab your bags and the front desk is professional, but not exactly friendly. I would temper your expectations if you want something with a little more hospitality.

The property was amazing! It was in a perfect location, walkable to everything. The view from our room was even better. We got upgraded to the river view.

Pretty comfortable and clean

Makeup wipes weren't replaced by cleaning staff and one day it looked like cleaning staff just folded the already used towels and hung them on the rack and didn't give me any fresh towels.

Amazing hotel ! Was in the midst of everything and the staff was extremely helpful and even upgraded our room! Would definitely book again

People at the front desk were rude. Dirty. Loud. Definitely overpriced.

Your staff was amazing! From the front door staff, check-in and house keeping. They were all accommodating helping me to feel the true Chicago hospitality. I had an amazing time and your staff helped made it that way!!

Great location made places we wanted to visit walkable. Staff, especially porters, were extremely welcoming and helpful. The perfume scent in lobby was too overpowering and really off putting. We were on 37th floor under ballroom. Noise from wedding celebration above us was too much Saturday night.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant was good. Rooms were clean and attractive. Good location for walking to many of the sites and restaurants.

Perfect location, within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from the river view rooms. Staff are so helpful with unloading and loading your vehicle and getting your luggage up to your room. Valet is easy and convenient.

We stayed for two nights, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive room service.

Great place to stay!

Good sized room and hotel location was perfect. We didn't use any of the amenities as we were busy exploring.
